Please add product page tabs which do not hide content, but instead link to page anchors. For example how it works here: https://www.coolblue.nl/en/product/652783/google-chromecast-v3.html Click on the ‘Product Information’ tab to see what I mean. A lot of popular websites have this. It would be really awesome if this theme would have it too.

1. Can I show all the reviews on products that customers leave on a separate page? You have reviews on the page, which were written by the administrator. I only need feedback from users.

2. How can I optimize and speed up loading pages on your theme? In pagespeed you have weak positions.

Can you help with this customizations in future? For your theme it is also a necessary refinement.

For example, if a product has ten attributes, then one column does not look nice.

I have an issue with theme when I try to change the theme options I get this message ” Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log. ” I contact the host provider and tell me the theme is incompatible with php and I have to contact the developer for this issue.

Yes, you can use our theme’s built-in AJAX search and don’t need to install any plugins. Sorry, but there is no total number for reviews (stars) element on the shop.

Please add an option to let us add Stock Availability (in stock, out of stock, low stock, available in backorder i mean) to the loop.

For now I use a snippet to add it above the add-to-cart button, but the issue is it doesn’t put it where we expect. I need it to be between the quantity filed and the price: https://ibb.co/xHH6sfc

Hello, every time I try to go to admin area from the website pages I get an error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at * to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I already reported this error before, and the reply it was, something like a server error which I should talk with hosting provider, the reality, is that after that, we tried to find the problem, and we came to the fact… This only happens with your template, any other themes that I try give me no problem at all. I already made several fresh installations, just activating your template and the basic plugins you recommend, and the error it is always there.

If I deactivate some random plugins from your template, the error goes away too.

Although, if I let the plugins all active (exception to woodmart core) but with other template, I have no problem at all.

So like it is obvious, the hosting provider replied, that the error it is from the template.

Plus like I already made a search about this matter, and found several people having same error with your template, how I can solve this???

Because I know how to go around, so I can work on the website, but if I go pass a damaged website to a client, they will keep asking what is going there.

I keep trying to find a solution to this…. I did one more fresh install, and installed only your template, woodmart core, woocommerce and slider revolution. Only the required plugins and the shop plugin… And with just this, the problem already exists. This is getting very frustrating, because at some stage without any solution I will have to move to other template, when yours seems to be a good template in most of the aspects.

I have a problem with the appearance of the store. In the settings I have -> “product styles” -> “Show summary on hover”

The problem appears on chrome and edge. When you hover the cursor over a product thumbnail, the labels and buttons move gently.

Green “new”, “sale” or red “hot” labels – all the inscriptions in them move slightly to the left after pointing the cursor at the thumbnail.

Is it only me that has this error? Can anything be done about it? It looks bad.

Our site is facing some different kinds of issues in product swatches. Like in some product detail pages, Out of stock swatches are not disabled on first load. When we click on any option then the disabled option gets visible. See here – https://shopptouch.com/product/seamless-t-shirt-bra-9000/

hi, do you use any caching system? because when i change something to header eg social buttons, frontenf header doesnt change. The only way browser shows the changes is to open it in private mode….

I’m still using version: 4.6.0. Can I update to the newest version without the need to rebuild the whole website?

I understand that the new version supports elementor. But wpbakery works for us and I don’t want to learn again how to edit the website.

Will there be any problem if I update to the latest version?
