WordPress version 5.6 has issues with jQuery of 3rd party plugins and a few functions of the theme. We are currently working to fix these issues and an update will be out soon with the full compatibility of WP 5.6. This issue is with most of the themes and plugins due to WP 5.6.
Meanwhile, WordPress has offered an alternative solution to this problem. Download and install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
Under Tools > jQuery Migrate, change the settings as shown in the image here – https://prnt.sc/w4onhw

I have two purchases of this template and need to know how to update the WPBakery plugin on both sites?

The theme is currently packed with WP Bakery 6.4.1 version. The current version available is 6.4.2 and it will be provided in the next update of the theme we’re releasing in a couple of days.
If you’re running an older version than 6.4.1, then make sure you’re using an updated version of Moppers theme (2.0.8). Once you have updated the theme, de-activate and delete the WP Bakery Builder plugin and re-install from Appearance > Install Plugins.

Has anyone had any speed or loading issues with this theme?
We purchased the theme and are getting low scores on some elements within the them. Have submitted a support ticket, waiting to hear and see if anyone else has experienced this as well and what we can do to fix.
There are so many factors that actually affects for the website loading speed. Make sure your assets and images are fully optimized before uploading to your website. Using every image with 1-2MB of size won’t give you a good speed.

Hello, We have used Contact Form 7 to make booking forms in the theme and it is included in the theme demo. If you want to use a specific Booking System, there is no restriction to use any third-party plugins in the theme. Thank you!

The theme is no longer working with WP Bakery

First of all, update the WordPress to the latest version and then download an updated copy of Moppers Theme from ThemeForest. After updating the theme, please delete the ACF Pro and SC Core plugins. Once the plugins are deleted, re-install the both plugins from Appearance > Install Plugins. Clear your cache or open your dashboard in the new browser.
