To change email templates, custom coding is required. You’d have to modify the template files (code). Unfortunately this is not something that we can assist with

I can’t seem to see an option for page viewers to send a direct message to the current listing they are on. I can “compose” a message but it requires manual entry. Is there a button which takes the user straight to DMing the listing author?
No worries figured that one. I’m also noticing that the call now button has scroll arrows on it, which I don’t think should be there. Seems to happen on desktop versions only

It would be a big positive for the theme to allow cross-team collaboration. i.e a sales rep can take photos of a property and send those photos to the listing owner (via direct message) to include in the property listing – keeping everything in the theme itself, rather than going away from website.
Unfortunately we don’t plan to add this at the moment. If more people request it we will consider.

Use clicks register button A page appears for them to choose (customer, or shop/business owner) And direct them to different forms with a unique default role for each form
Optional When a shop/business owner buys a listing package upgrade them to a new role with more privileges.

And when a user logs in with social it doesnt work with both roles. But with different forms we can configure which one is user and which one is vendor/shop manager
Also Can we upgrade role when a user buys a listing package (upgrade them to a new role with more privileges.)??

The forms can have more or less fields depending on role. You can set the fields for both user role forms in theme tools > user roles
If you sign up via social login, the user can provide the additional information in user dashboard > account details.
Role switching is also possible through user dashboard > account details. It’s not automatic.

Nice theme with excellent features. Now, in some scenarios like Real estate businesses and car dealers, we have a single business with many listings. For example, a car dealer with a name like Motor Baazar might have different cars to list or a real estate property named Sky View properties with different properties as well. Now, is it possible to have a category or page that lists single business entities using their names and their details and then list their listings when you click on the user?Like we have a user named Motor Baazar or Sky View Gardens where by you can search for them or find them in a page based on their categories and then view their listings.

Business in one listing type and cars are another listing type. You can relate car listings with the business listings using related listings. Hi there, pre-order question. We are eager to buy this theme, but reading through the comments above… I found an issue… expiry emails will be send out EVERY DAY? Do you have any solution planned for this? We are planning to upload listings for 365 days. 30 days before expiry, the system should send out 1 email to the client about this expiry date and 1 overview email to admin about coming expiries. 1. If we have to do some custom programming, which file(s) are affected so i can point my developer in the right direction? 2. also it’s not clear: will admin receive a reminder overview email about the expiry? Or is it the same email and the same frequency as per client? Thanks in advance.

The expiry email is sent 3 days before expiration, 3 days in a row
Once you purchase the theme you can post a ticket in helpdesk and our developer will let you know what file you need to modify. Admin does not receive email about that, it’s unecessary
