Hey guys. We just purchased this and made an email in the robust editor. We have now uploaded it to mail chimp and i’m disappointed that the main buttons at the top that you can pick 4 different options (this is the kinetic version) that they are not working and bringing up the product image or descriptions. Can this work through Mail-Chimp?

My apologies for the trouble. Unfortunately, MailChimp doesn’t support interactive modules and strips the code before uploading.
Interactivity in email is not widely supported but quite a few ESPs do support interactive modules.
Here’s a list of ESPs that you may use to send this template:
1. Campaign Monitor 2. Mailster 3. Active Campaign 4. Zoho Campaigns 5. Get Response 6. Madmimi 7. Stampready 8. Moosend 9. Aweber 10. Sendgrid 11. Sendinblue 12. Dripp 13. Klaviyo

I see. That’s really too bad as we really like the layout but more was the interactive modules that we were really wanting. We have over 700 subscribers on Mail Chimp so we can’t switch over to another emailing system. Is it possible to be refunded our money since we will not be using this?

To upload it to Elastic Email: 1. Once logged in, go to templates 2. Select create > raw HTML 3. Open your preferred template file in any editor and select/copy all code 4. Paste it into the input field opened in Elastic Email 5. You can now use it to send email campaigns

If not then you may simple go the link above, hover the mouse over the image and replace it with your preference or remove it completely.

Thanks for your reply. I did not know about this editor thanks ! It does not solve the problem since any image I add in header is “modified” or added with a “greenish” layer on top.
