Hi. Same problem. I meant versions 2.3.X (2.3.0, 2.3.1 and 2.3.2). In addition, the Menus are also locked and cannot be ordered. Deactivating the Template and activating any other everything works again. The problem is in Houzez. To resolve the issue of page options I had to configure everything with jQuery Migrate Helper in Legacy mode, save and then disable it, thus maintaining the options required for the “Page Template”.
There is no option, contact on support forum with website link and admin login, we check your site

With new V2.3.1 and WordPress 5.6 Banner Slider does not work! I cannot even select an Image to Slider in “Property Slider”!
As far I can see, it is working fine on Chrome, but not of Safari, mobile or desktop. Safari isn’t reading properties slider correctly….
Found the problem! Issue solved! =) It was a problem in Optimizations/Theme Options! Cheers!

Please consider that latest version of theme (with WP lateste version) has got several issues with Slider Revolution, that’s not showing anymore.

After theme update you also need to update plugins in admin panel and clear cache
