I got two issues with the WPconfigurator.

• I can’t add any layers any more. In the documentation is nothing mentioned about a maximum layer that can be added. That’s the reason I bought the theme included the WPconfigurator.
• The point of interest for the hotspot is not being saved on the right location. This happens only in my second view, not in the first.

Could you get back on me very soon about this case? It’s very important for us that we are able to add more layers than we currently have and add hotspots on different views too.

Also when you got to edit the products on the backend and save it you get the error message I screenshotted. Please recreate this issue and see my screenshot of the error

It’s been over a week and you still have no addressed the major issues I’m having with your theme. I have sent several messages through for internal portal and I have gotten no response. I’ve sent my login information and the issue still has not been fixed.

I can not change the overplayed image on the header, I made the correction on the backend but the changes do not show up on the front end.

The images on the home page revert to the previous images before i replaced it when the site responds to a smaller size
