I cannot edit the page. The builder seems broken. I’ve followed this article https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/ and it’s still not working. I click on the orange gears and nothing happens. I have the latest theme installed too. What more can I do? I feel stuck.

Change to:

$('body').append(editbox).addClass('gdlr-disable-scroll');
editbox.fadeIn(150);

Then clear cache/cookie in your website/browser then check it again.

Hello, we have two problems, the first problem is that the Master slider dont work anymore. We have tried the steps above, but it dont work. The other problem we got is, that we cant open the editor on the content pages. If we click on the icon, it wont open the editor window.

I have a site that is using v1.08. I’d like to update to the current version. Is there anything I need to know before I do that? Do I just install the new version over the current version? I’ve updated all plugins and Wordpress is now v5.5.3.

I purchased keynote theme last year. I need to update my keystone theme to v2.3 but on this site I am only getting 2.24 when I download. Please advise.

Sorry for the issue. We just put the wrong version number in readme file but I can confirm that the theme file is already V2.3.0

However, I just re uploaded to make sure again and should be available in minutes.

I’m having the same issue as others are posting. MasterSlider no longer works. They are saying it’s a JS issue with your theme: /wp-content/themes/thekeynote/javascript/gdlr-script.js?ver=1.0​​.

I even purchased their most recent version. It still doesn’t work.

Please fix.

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.

2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/

3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.

After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.

1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.

2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.

3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

Let me know if this helps or not.

1. Our theme don’t have option for user schedule events.

2. Our theme ticket payment gateway work with PayPal only and it can’t integrate with WooCommerce payment gateway.

3. As you can see in our demo, the sessions post come from our theme and it’s possible to create it in backend.

4. Our theme language based on English, you must translate it to Spanish as you wish.

We don’t have the video for that but the steps are pretty simple and straight forward. And if you’re using WP5.5 would be easier than the past. The steps are just.

1. You download the theme from Themeforest (from your account.)

2. Extract the file and upload the installable files in ‘Appearance > Themes’ and that’s it.

I had some problem with the masterslide that could not be opend in the backend.

i used the plugin jQuery Migrate Helper that did solve the problem but i got notice for you guys:

Hi, I’ve just upgraded the Keynote theme and now the Master Slider wont work. When I go to edit an existing slider it just says ‘loading data…’ and goes no further. If I try to create a new slider it does exactly the same.

I can preview an existing master slider though and it displays fine and even thanks me,

1. For the color, almost all the color will change, but we have some other color options and it will override the main color, so you must control it at well and if in some case, you want some unique for your site, we will need apply custom css for it.

You can switch it in: The Keynote > General > Page Style > Time Format (session) and fill it: h:i a.

In your session, you must fill HH:MM – HH:MM to display it correct.
