hi, after demo import, root home have issue you can see CSS instead real homepage I was tray twice, two separed instalation of WP, but the same result

Speed is complex process, the site speed depends not only on the theme.
There’re other important values, such as the amount of the plugins, included content, CMS, also speed depends on your server(our server is highly loaded). Full strength page, rich in content can’t give you 100% speed.
Are Elementor and Zoom plugin included in the them pack?
Yes, we use a free versions of these plugins.

3. This demo site located on the highly loaded server. We don’t optimize images. And also it is a WordPress template. These mean that you have a huge field of optimization and many free tools to do it.
4. Yes, we have an option to do it.
5. No, this theme doesn’t have event post type.
6. Yes, it can be changed.
