In the current version of the theme we do only have a side bar menu on mobile. We chose side bar menu option as it’s the most versatile solution.
The preloader function is planned for the next update, our team is currently working on it. I can let you know, once it’s ready.

The logo appears only on the very first load of the website. That is done on purpose, such approach allows to quickly load pages with no delay to show the logo. We also added possibility to switch on/off the preloader feature.
Hi! Looks great. Just bought it. When trying to install demo content, I get: “Error: Internal Server Error (500)”. Any idea what to do?

Demo import resulting in 500 error signals about WordPress server misconfiguration. It typically happens on undersized servers with small amount of resources, or when PHP is inadequately configured. We’d recommend you to reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to change (at least) the following PHP config parameters for your WP installation:
- memory_limit 256M.
- max_execution_time 300.
If this doesn’t help – please, navigate to: WordPress admin panel -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy site info to clipboard . Then send the output to us, and we will sort this out for you. Please contact us via email hello.firstsight@gmail.com or create a support ticket here https://firstsight.ticksy.com/ so that we can keep track of this.
Does this theme has a login feature for customers?
Unfortunately current version of the theme does not have login feature for customers. But we will add this feature to our to-do list for future updates, thank you!

It’s easy. You can use ‘one click demo import’ and all images and other content will be uploaded automatically. The photos of the team and one image on the Beauty Salon demo will be blurred, that’s because those images are not included in the theme. All other images are included✨
