I think there is an issue while posting a new job. It asks for company profile completion first and that’s fine but even if you complete the company profile. It still shows the same message not allow you to post a new job.
I saw Job Monster has a new update regarding this but when will you update Jobica Core?
Dear, please delete Jobica Core plugin old version on your site then go to admin menu ‘Appearance -> Install Plugins’ install Jobica Core plugin again to get latest version, then check your site again.

It’s not old version friend. I just purchased the theme 8 days ago and how can be old version. I downloaded your theme from themeforest once again today and uploaded on a new WordPress and everything is same.

How about the applications process? In WP Job Manager, when a candidate fill up the application form then an email goes to employer email address with all the information and resume attached.

I think your theme is better than most of the job board themes i have used but i found only one issue which is very important now a days and that is Google Job Posting Structured Data which is not properly implemented in your theme. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and i will buy the theme immediately.
