I have serious problems with SEO. After the last update of the theme, traffic went down sharply. I looked and was horrified, the main problem is fucking garbage in the code, obsoenno NoScript tags in <head> </head>/ This is a gross error that destroys traffic on your site. Garbage of such a plan <noscript><style>. woocommerce-product-gallery{ opacity: 1 !important; } < / style></noscript> What does it do in <head> </head> ? How to remove it? How to fix the situation? Did I buy your theme so that your crooked hands would ruin me? URGENT REPLY I’M LOSING TRAFFIC !!!!!! The <noscript> tag defines an alternate content for users that have disabled scripts in their browser or have a browser that doesn’t support script.
Whilst it can be used in both the <head> and the , when used inside the <head>, it must contain only <link>, <style>, and <meta> elements.
The inclusion of other HTML elements can be problematic for search engines crawlers that do not render JavaScript (i.e. most crawlers, most of the time), as the presence of other elements breaks the <head>, which may cause important tags (e.g. meta robots) to be missed.

Sorry, but this script has no relation to our theme update and to our theme at all. Have you tested this with the default WordPress theme? How do you know that it is a part of WoodMart?

A day after the update to woodmart 5.3.6 on december 14, traffic began to fall down. It has more than halved in 10 days. And it keeps falling. I did not change anything on the site except that I updated the theme.
We don’t have <noscript> anywhere in our theme at all. And we haven’t change anything in our 5.3.6 regarding markup that may affect your traffic.

I added a block to display the On-Sale products. It works fine when there are some on-sale products in our site, but in case there is no on-sale products anymore, it shows an empty block with the title bar.
Please make it smarter the way that it hides the block when there is no on-sale product (same applies to the Featured products. When there is no featured products, it shows an empty header with no products below it. It’s more logical to hide the whole widget when there is no related product) -> New Products as well.
In a professional website, it doesn’t make sense to display useless elements with no actual content (members may think there is something wrong with their account that they can’t see on-sale products, where the fact is that there is no on-sale product in that day but the title bar was being displayed)

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

I wan’t to upgrade my site from woodmart version 3.6. I’ve got 2 instances of the same e-commerce web-site one is the production instance and the other is a test instance. Do I need to pay for a licence for the 2 instances ? I’ve upgrade docs. I’ve bought the site from another people and I dont know exactly if he modified the theme and if he used bakery editor, is there a way to find it out ? Is it difficult to upgrade a website ? Should I need to upgrade to 4.0 and then to 5.0 ?

Yes, you can upgrade to 5.0 version following our tutorials in the documentation. Some data might be lost like Theme Settings and you will need to reconfigure it. And you have to purchase one regular license per website/domain.

Before version 5.6 of WordPress I warned that Woodmart was going to break if it was updated to 5.6 by some jquery functions marked as “deprecated”. Is there any news on automatically displaying new products? i.e. without the need for us to manually mark products new or unmark them as new? We simply want to display the 10 latest products on homepage. We do not need any ‘new’ banners or any special display.

BUG – changing default fonts after inserting demo, will make menu arrow icons and scroll to top icons disappear. Also primary color is not working anymore. Everything is ok if I don’t touch fonts. Please replicate and fix. Thanks
