ISSUE 1 – Trying Activating ‘SweetThemes Framework’ I receive this fatal error:

ISSUE 2 – Trying Installing ‘Parallax Backgrounds For VC’ I receive this error message:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds (path error: http://lucianionut.com/plugins/parallax-backgrounds-for-vc.zip)
ISSUE 3 – In the ‘Venor Theme Options Panel’ I don’t see the ‘Demo Importer’
ISSUE 4 – I receive this message: ‘Please activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder’.
How can I activate the plugin?

I sent an e-mail request for support on editing the html code embedded in the theme (there are multiple non-editable H1s in the html structure). In particular I would like to modify the H1 in which the logo is present and those present in the footer menu widgets. I ask for support by e-mail! Thanks.
The other problem that I reported via email and for which I have not yet received support is that my – very basic – version of the website (home page), in which I have also disabled revolution slider and there are only textual content and a few images, has a very low pagespeed value (30/100 mobile PageSpeed Insights). Can you provide support to improve pagespeed performance? [Consider that I chose the template for the promoted high pagespeed, also verified as 97/100 mobile PageSpeed Insights on the demo version (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww. venorwp.lucian.host% 2F), and that my version of the site is with even less functionality/js/css than your demo version]. Can u suggest the optimization plugin/settings used by your demo? Thanks.

I bought this theme, but when I setup on my server, the speed was effected and the website got very slow – the theme does not deliver the Google Page Speed it promises (after demo imported – 12/100 mobile and 52/100 desktop). How can I fix it?
And the second thing – after importing demo data I can not find all the homepage designs (Home four and Home five), which is listed in your “live preview”. Can you solve this problem?

I have sent several emails and the only response is please reply with your purchase code. I have done that and yet still have not received any help. A brand new install of wordpress with only this theme and it’s demo data and I didn’t receive anything close to the Google inside score they advertise. I scored an 11. Yet with WordPress theme 2019 I scored 100 Google insight score with the new install and only hello world post.
