1. Is version 3.0 compatable with WordPress 5.6? 2.Will I get a discount price if I pursche/renew the “Pin” theme? 3. If I buy/renew the themes latest version, will your support team help me update the theme for me? and make sure the current site doesn’t break and works fine? 4. - You need to use the latest version of the theme. Version 3.0 is from 2016. If you update the WordPress, update the theme too!
- Is the same method for any WordPress theme, automatically (with the Envato plugin) or manually.

2. Yes, Is a WordPress menu and you can add any pages. As for the fields from the submission form, obviously, you can do that as per the item description.
3. Sorry, no admin/backend demo ( for security reasons, public access to a WordPress administrator account is not quite safe ). All the options/features of the theme can be perfectly seen in the demos/item description.

I just notice that on my site rule:
“The ”Related Articles” are based on tags, two articles need to have the same tag in order to display an article in the ”Related Articles” box.”
dosnot work , under “related Article” is showing posts with different tags
Is that what I can fix or can be fixed with update?

As for the Related Articles, in the earliest version was based on tags, now is based on categories.

on post creator page in section “Article Page Option” im trying paste embed for example from YT and after save page that embed is desapearing from “Embed” field, and can not see it on main page.

Edit: it looks there’s an issue with it, thanks for reporting it. I’ll make an update later today to fix it. It seems only the embeds are disabled, if you add any text there or links, will be saved. This has something to do with the latest WordPress version, mostly a security thing. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Yes when I put any text there or links, will be saved but that field is for embed, its mean <iframe code, but when I put any embed code from YT still dosnt work , sorry
The update is scheduled at the end of the weekend (hopefully), as we will move the old Theme Options to the WordPress Customize, and more demos will be added (Food, etc), also a big search section will be added too, similar to Foot theme.

As I mentioned via your support ticket, if the option you are looking for can’t be seen in the demo, it means the theme doesn’t have that type of functionality and custom work/plugins with that functionality are required. Generally speaking, if it’s not in the demo then it’s not in the theme.

Hi, I would like to ask some pre-sales questions. 1) I want to create a website where multiple users upload photos which are visible by all other users. I am not sure from your demo that “becoming a member” is actually a way to create a user profile. 2) Does this theme have limitation on the number of tags ever possible because my plan is to sort photos by tag names so I am going to need at least few hundreds (not per photo) Thank you in advance

2. WordPress doesn’t have a limit for tags or categories, either my theme/s as it using the default WordPress function. Via the submission form, you can limit the number of tags added by your users, but as an administrator, you can create as many tags/cats as you want.

Hello, the custom taxonomy is not populating on category archives (custom taxonomy is what visitors use the frontend publishing for), do you know why? Example page: https://friendshipswaps.com/category/trades-swaps/postcards/
There should be several “posts” from the custom taxonomy added there, but it’s not displaying anything.

- disable all plugins that dosen’t come with my theme and see if the issue persists.
- if you’ve added any changes to the main files of the theme, make a fresh install of the theme.
- change the theme for test purpose with default WordPress theme and see if the issue persists.

Regular posts show up in categories fine, it’s just the custom post type for the user submitted posts that aren’t showing.

Thanks so much for the quick reply and screenshot! I couldn’t find anything in my mailbox, maybe my mail provider filtered it out or something. Anyhoo, I tried your recommendation to use Ultimate Member to replace the default login/register plugin and that worked like a charm, new user signups are able to upload images perfectly fine now. Thanks again!
