1. In order so the transparency can be set, you do need to set background color. You can read more about it here

2. You do have an option to set background color for the menu, as well as you can choose if your header will be light/dark, so setting a background color to your needs will change for sure, and setting the header skin to dark or light will change the menu item colors.

3. Video can only be shown on the portfolio single , however portfolio list preview image only supports image or gif, so video is not possible to add on portfolio list unfortunately.

Hello, this error is a core problem, so dont you want to solve it? Its not just for me. I have outdated the support plan, but anyways Im asking to fix it. The error: In the “Portfolio List” element, specifically selecting “Order by POST NAME”, the elements not sorting alphabetical. Could you fix it?

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Yes you can within our theme options for sure.

3. This can be done for sure, you can change the background color as well as the menu.

4. You can always translate your theme, all our theme labels are fully translatable

You can read our article on how to install the theme, as well as in order to get our themes functionality you do need to install and activate Ottar Core plugin which will give you access to the demo content import and our themes options.

If you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file

Well, Portfolio Carousel is meant for listing the portfolio items. You could use it to list your portfolio items and their images, if you intend to use it as a gallery only you could add a small css to disable the linking for this carousel on a certain page of yours.

The Portfolio Carousel is meant for listing the portfolio items. You could add this and use it for your gallery, but you will need to have portfolio items listed in this shortcode as it is listing the images from the Portfolio single pages. You could consider disabling the click event on this Carousel on a certain page with custom CSS.
