Introduction: I am considering this theme as I compare it with other themes. The description is very detailed and I appreciate that a lot however I am not seeing certain aspects relating to functionality.
Scope of reference: My client is a tour agency that collects a commission on booked tours.
Functionality Specification: Advise on what your them can do out of the box. If it is not possible out of the box, comment on whether there would be a lot of work involved in its implementation:
- Ability to block out dates agency-wide
- Ability to block out dates for certain tours
- Ability to email tour booking notification and details to both tour agency and tour operator
- Ability to offer discounts agency-wide
- Ability to offer discounts on specific tours
- Automated translations
- Create special rates on group bookings
- Ability to define commission calculation: fixed, percentage, and/or group size
- Mobile friend administration
Conclusion: I am a web application developer. Take this into consideration as you answer questions relating to how much work it would take to implement features not currently available. This will help me gauge things as I make a decision.

Demo import not working ! Please Help

We are much concerned about your negative experience with the theme installation. Dummy data installation depends on your server setting.
We recommend that you contact your web hosting service provider to make sure that your server PHP configuration limits are as follows:
- max_execution_time 600
- allow_url_fopen=on
- memory_limit up to 256M
- post_max_size 32M
- upload_max_filesize 32M
If you get “Error load data from file…”, the import is blocked on the server. Please download demo.zip using the following link: https://demofiles.axiomthemes.com/travesia/demo.zip
Unzip it and upload the extracted /demo folder into /wp-content/themes/theme_name folder. Then go to Appearance -> Install Demo Data and repeat the procedure.

Great theme! I’m looking for a travel agent site for group bookings with an online app. I’m looking for a theme with the following functionality:
website visitor to book the event or travel package online for a group booking ie hens or bucks holidays, football trips etc etc.
The main person organizing might request a package for 10-30 people. Once the booking has been placed the travel agent can set up an itinerary for the group package and various add ons that a client may request ie mini golf, ocean cruise etc. Upon entering each email address for each person attending and the travel agent has added all extras to the booking each person will be sent an invoice for their amount of the trip with the ability for them to view itenary and pay for their % in the booking. is this possible with your theme?

The template supports Tour Master plugin that allows you to easily manage your tour-related information and tour booking system.
You will be able to create a tour for groups of people with chargeable services to customers such as extra meal, guide tips, cleaning fee, etc. This can be both mandatory or optional. Customer dashboard allows viewing previous or pending bookings, invoices, receipts. Admin can also send a message to a certain group of customers (selected by travel date) at one time.

There comes some technical glitch and issues in the theme. I think developer needs to rectify them.
1) When i add element “Blogger” and choose classic style then there is a checkbox to tick hide excerpt. when i check and save it does not work. we still get to see excerpt at the front end.
click on the above link. on the top bar, you can click to see the results in list style or grid style. when you choose the grid style… it shows like this..

Hello, I just purchased the tourmaster plugin and wanted it to be like one of the example which another customer posted above – http://adventure-tours.themedelight.com/tours/alaska-cruise/
I specifically want to have the tabs for the itinerary ,location and photos as well as the clean look of the booking form on the side.
From the documentation that comes with the plugin, the second screenshot shows under “Creating Tours” shows “Detail, Itenerary, Map etc” but i cant seem to find this.

How can we organize tours by countries?
I want the main menu in header menu to allow you to sort tours by the country using a drop down, so that a user can mouseover the menu, then see a list of all the countries we have. Then they land on a country page, and choose a tour particular to that country.

If you are using Tour master plugin, you can create pages for each country and insert shortcode for displaying tours from specific category (country), here is example:
