I see that there have been no updates since 2021 and the closest comments and responses are from more than two years ago. My question is, do you still have help and updates for this topic?

The theme is being purchased by many customers on regular basis. We will provide assistance in case if you need our help or have any issues. Although the theme is stable and works well and no issues have been reported for a long time due to which there is no need of update. We also have a WP version as well. There are 2 versions. One is simple which sends an email with all the booking info of a customer and the other one is the PayPal version in which customer’s booking data is passed to the PayPal and also sends an email of PayPal transaction.

hi, nice work! i have a small issue that i dont know how to fix, and is the same in your demo, the drop down menu when you have the sticky menu is not working, when you hover it desapears to fast, i try all browsers, not working, i need the sticky nav when scroll, please help!

We might update it to the recent version maybe in the WP version all though the current version we personally think provide good cross browser compatibility including modern browsers.
Latest version of bootstrap do not provide legacy browsers compatibility and only support modern browsers. But still we will consider your valuable suggestion.

You can install it on any server which has support for PHP language so that dynamic features of theme works smoothly without any issues.

Definately it will work with all its features which are integrated and mentioned on the product page. It will not detect the location automatically. Although rider can add its location in the text field.
For drop off location currently there is a text field where user can add its drop off location. If you want to restrict it then we can help you in small customization by converting text field into dropdown list and you can add round trip locations which will bound the people to only select from the available locations.

I want to find out about the booking form. You say its dynamic so can the user enter any address and it will show with a google api and then in the backend I could set up mileage rates for it to give a unique price based on vehicle selection, does it have this kind of feature? I dont want to go and get a full dispatch web booking system as im very small taxi firm

Google API is a paid feature even if we integrate that it would have a certain cost which our customers has to pay so that is the reason we haven’t used Google API.
Price is currently calculated based on the day and hourly rates which you can easily change and it will automatically calculate the pricing based on the customer trip duration. Setting unique pricing for every vehicle which is then calculated based on the trip duration is currently not possible.but we have taken note of it and will add this feature in the next update as it seems to be a very good feature and will be on priority.
The Prime Cab package contains 2 versions, one is with PayPal integration and the other one is with the standard booking form just like what you can see on the demo as well. Let us know if you have any other questions.

We have considered your request for adding the car list feature
You will be glad to know that now this feature is available. There will be a dropdown list via which people can select the car for booking and its day and hourly rates will automatically appear in the rate dropdown list and calculation will also be done autmatically based on selected car. Thank you very much for your valuable suggestion as it has greatly helped us to do this valuable addition to existing booking form. We are continuously trying to add more features and will consider your other request as well.

It is a smart solution which is not linked with the backend. However the booking form is completely dynamic and integrated with PayPal which will pass the booking information into PayPal and you will be able to see that as a account holder when you login into your PayPal account. There are static pages which you can exclude as it really depends on your requirements.
You will get notification as well and customer will also get the payment booking notification along with the invoice which customer can see after the payment is complete. You will be able to see customer payment booking details and customer personal info inside PayPal account as well so it is nicely synchronized. You can also integrate it with any other backend system as well but it depends upon on your business requirements.
We will highly recommend you do check the updated demo which will give you the idea how the booking system will work. You can do a booking as a user and then login into the PayPal account as admin and see how booking and customer personal data is synced with PayPal account. We are also sharing the link and PayPal credentials for testing purposes.

We are working on making booking form of Prime Cab HTML 5 template dynamic as well based on the customers requests where user can type its startup location and destination location and select pickup time and date via date and time picker and similarly select drop off time and date and it will calculate trip estimation and then redirects user to give personal information for booking and then an email will be sent to the customer and to the admin regarding the booking detail. Another feature which we are planning is to add the email address of a booking customer in mailchimp so that admin can send newsletters to the customer for future promotions. Currently no payment system is available as it is a static template but we are still trying our best to provide maximum dynamic features to our customers which is rare in static templates on Envato and we need your support in this regard. We do implement customers suggestions after analyzing its pros and cons.
