Hi. If I renew support, is it possible for you to log in to our website and fix the hero slider? Something seems broken, as with refreshing the site it goes from fullscreen width to a part, back to full screen, at complete random.

Of course. Not sure how to show you screenshots here. We run 1.5.3.
If you check www.aspyrecollection.nl and refresh a few times, you can see that the hero slider goes from full width to about 70% width, and back, at random during refreshing the site.
I checked your site and you haven’t updated the bundled plugin “Primrose SiteOrigin Widgets”. Go to Primrose > Install Plugin and then update the bundled plugin. It should solve the issue.
Hi, I have been trying to fix the blurry images on the catalog and products pages, and my understanding is you were gonna fix this bug through an update, but the images still look blurry? Also wondering how do I change the font for this theme? Thank you so much!
Hi postredenata, . The blurry images are usually caused by wrong product image size configuration on the WooCommerce settings (Customize > WooCommerce > Image Sizes). It’s not handled by our theme. . As for the font change, you can go to Customizer and change the font from there.
Hello SingleStroke Team, I have made an update from 1.4.3 to the current version. My main menu is not there anymore though configured, and “my account” layout is corrupt. I am very unhappy with that, what can I do? Kind regards, Tatiana
Hi tatiana1101, The new update didn’t affect the main menu. Have you checked the Appearance > Menus page and see if your menu is already assigned to Main Header Menu?

When I bought this theme the WP instagram widget was included, but but i found out this plugin is no longer active. Which plugin should I install for an instagram feed in the footer that is similar to how it looks on the primrose previewsite?
Hi, we have released a new version few months ago that suggesting another Instagram feed plugin. Please download and update your theme to the latest version.
I have the same problem with the slider and the new wordpress… I cleared caches but the problem exists..

Hi, I have an issue with the slider – it started a few days ago before your theme latest update. When changing photos or links slider shows error. It doesn’t change after the latest update. According to your previous comment and cleaning the cache the issue didn’t change.
Very minor issue on hero slider using lastest wordpress update. 5.6 image doesnt load correctly and is original size, until page is refreshed. Everyone should await update before upgrading.

Have you updated all the plugins to the latest version? Usually, this issue is caused by another JS error. Please try to disable the minify plugin. If you use a cache plugin, try to clear the cache.
Hi! Since this week i have problems with the hero slider in this theme. I have not changed anything in my images, but the theme cuts off part of the image in the slider so that a gray area is visible. I’ve been trying to figure out what is causing this. it looks like the image is skipping to the left. It is on every page where there is a hero slider. I haven’t changed my images anywhere so I think the issue is with the theme and the newest wordpress update.

I tried but then I have to purchase new support for this one thing. And I do see more comments of people with the same issue…it seems to me like it’s in the theme.

Hi – I am looking for some info on the image overlay option. I see that this is part of the siteorigin premium addons but I was wondering if this is included in the theme (I can’t see it anywhere) as I am looking for a flipover / image overlay solution to be used on a mason grid…any thoughts?
