Thank you, we found it in trash.
Dear Team!
We bought your theme more then 6 month ago but are now able to install it. On our homepage we are running a different portfolio plugin than the shopkeeper portfolio plugin. Is there a way to import portfolio pages? It’s more than 120 pages and it will be hard doing it manually.
Thanks!
Regards Andrea

Hi, since latest update the home page Slider now has a white margin at the top of the slider, before it had no margin and rested nicely to the header menu. Example: Slider at www.rivalinkdesignco.com
Hi @rival_ink,
It seems that the Barcode plugin is adding a 5px margin. Please check your inbox, I have sent you more info about this.

Good afternoon, I can’t find the “product categories – Grid”. I mean this one: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.design/elements/product-categories-grid/ Could you please tell me where it is? Thank you. Best regards.
Hi @fieito,

Hi. I’m trying to create a page that looks like https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.design/elements/products-by-category/ from the demo but there is no such template included. How do I do it?
Hi @JioFreed,
That is a Product Category element: https://www.screencast.com/t/ntW6SK54IYq and can be added it in any page.

After rigorous testing, at least for my set-up, I’m sure that there’s a mobile version of the menu and a desktop version of the menu.
Using separate cache for mobile and desktop fixes the issue.
For the Litespeed cache plugin is a matter of toggle this option.
Not using separate cache results in having the mobile menu even for desktop users.
This is valid only for the pages that are visited first by a mobile user agent.
Hi @dnltdr,
Thank you for the info, it will surely be helpful for our developers and for other users.
Cheers, Adrian B
Hello,
I’ve already read that there is a problem with cache and with the desktop menù after that the page is loaded from mobile. In My case I’m using WP Super Cache, as suggested by your team.
How to fix? I didn’t find nothing in the previous answers. Thanks.

Hi, the latest update with ‘WPBakery Page Builder’ has stopped the ‘Slider’ & ‘Image Slide’ from working. It stays on the first slide and does not animate automatically or when clicked. If I roll back the WPBakery plugin everything works fine. Any ideas if this is a glitch or plugin conflict? All other Shopkeeper plugins are up-to-date. Thanks.
Hi @thinkpadcreative,
It seems to be working as expected on our playground, please make sure you have the latest Shopkeeper Extender plugin as well.

I updated the theme, and all of a sudden the theme default margins got all messed up. The margins between row blocks in all my blog posts disappeared. Is there a plan to fix that? I didn’t make any change to the pages or the website and suddenly my entire blog looks a mess

Hello. I sent a support ticket last week and was wondering if you might be able to help me. I’m relatively new to building WP sites so the error could totally be my fault. I am trying to get the side bar to show up on screen and I select this option in the woo commerce customizations. Sidebar Style – On Page. Nothing shows up. Is there something else I should be doing for this? Here is my build so far https://pancakepaperie.com/product-category/cards/ . Thank you!
Hi @rachaelmcardle,
You need to add some Shop Sidebar Filters in Appearance > Widgets section: https://www.screencast.com/t/EEfgn6UuV
Let’s continue the conversation on the support ticket.

Hi, How to remove this text SALES UP TO 75% / FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS see this https://prnt.sc/widnc3 I cant find option to remove
Hi @Appsourcecodes,
That is not coming from the theme, you are probably using a custom code to add that text/content there, maybe our plugin HookMeUp or similar. Please contact our support team if you need further assistance. https://themeforest.net/item/shopkeeper-ecommerce-wp-theme-for-woocommerce/9553045/support

Cheers Team,
I found out that, at least with my setup, when using a cache plugin with Shopkeeper the menu has this behavior.
If a mobile user agent generates first the cache on a particular page, that page has the mobile menu even on further desktop visits. When a desktop user agent generates first the cache everything is normal and responsive.
The solution seems to be: separate caching for mobile and desktop.
When using Chrome for iPad, even without the cache plugin, asking for the desktop version gives the desktop horizontal menu. When asking for the mobile version, naturally, gives the mobile menu.
The rest of the content is responsive and unchanged between desktop and mobile.
This is valid also for the Shopkeeper demo preview.
https://preview.themeforest.net/item/shopkeeper-ecommerce-wp-theme-for-woocommerce/full_screen_preview/9553045?_ga=2.35573666.206236733.1609877977-116336445.1609792562On of my other websites based on a different theme is fully responsive and shows the mobile menu only based on the viewport size in pixels.
Hi @dnltdr,
Let me forward your note to our developers to further check. It’s something that we really need to investigate and I really can’t provide you with a solution right now.

Header/background image for tag pages? Trying to figure out a way to have the tag pages look more like the Category Pages, where there is a background header image (like .shop_header_bkg) that can easily be added. Is there any possible way?
Hello there,
Regretfully that’s not possible, not available as a WooCommerce or a theme option. Maybe you can find a plugin that will help you with that.
Cheers,
Adrian.
a CSS solution I came up with (insert your term ID for the term, which is seen when editing tag or in the source for body tag)
.term-xxx .shop_header, term-xxz .shop_header {
background-size: 100%;
margin-bottom:0px;
background-position: center top;
background-attachment: fixed;
padding-top: 160px;
margin-top: 0px;
padding-bottom: 160px;
margin-bottom:0px;
}
.term-xxx .shop_header {
background-image: url([url to image]);
}.term-xxz .shop_header {
background-image: url([url to image]);
}
Good to hear you find a workaround. Thanks for getting back to let us know.
Cheers,
Adrian,
