Hello, I purchased this theme a couple of years ago and attempted to update the theme and I’m receiving the message: Error updating Wizeedu, check license details
I have a valid license and I’m unable to submit a ticket on your website.
I would rather not have to pay for support again in order to have the ability to update the theme. It feels like you’re selling me an insurance policy on something that’s broken because your update didn’t work.
You can always download the latest theme version in your account here on Themeforest and update it.

The theme looks fantastic but I’m not convinced about course shopping functionality. Buying on the demo doesn’t work. If you try to buy course it will give error that your cart is empty! Can you elaborate that functionality? Does it work with Woocommerce or is it some custom plugin? How does ordering of courses work? Does it have fully functional order management backend or is it just frontend design? Can you provide backend demo?
Hi there! We use LearnPress plugin in our theme. They use their own order management system. You can download it for free from wp.org repository and check it.

So if I purchased the template which you are referring to as the demo, please confirm that it is only compatible with the noted plugins such as “Events calendar, WPBakery, etc. and will not integrate with Google Calendar or Constant Contact. Corect? I just want to make absolutely sure before I close the door on this purchase. It is a deal breaker for us since our school master calendar is based soley in Google.
