Hi, I just buyed the theme and I can´t install it because it says: “No se ha podido descomprimir el paquete. El tema no tiene la hoja de estilos style.css.”. Wich means We were not able tu uncompress package. Theme has not CSS Style Sheet.

Hi! We bought this theme but because of covid we didn´t finishing uploading (it´s in tufabricadetiempo.com/inicio but not in the main index). The thing is, now that we lose support, the nav horizontal menu dissapear in the backend and we don´t want to publish with that key component lost. So: 1) It´s something that you changed? 2) Something, any feature, that was included in the theme now is a paid feature? I also askk through Twitter as I lost supporrt without using it. Sorry. I like your nice theme. But I need check theme document and also video if you have. cause i am a bit scared about to buy, cause I checked your theme reviews that two people have some problems about header footer changing with elementor, is there a bug about it?

i had raised support ticket on your support portal form your side only one replay i had received for on message after i had posted 8 messages [18 hours ago ] no replay can you able to let me know how much time it will take your support team to replay the ticket

how long i need to wait for support ? even they didn’t replay yet like, please wait for some time , it will take 1/2 days to replay we are processing your queries to tech team , etc
