Hi. I go to your support page but it just takes me to home page when i try submit ticket. So, i installed the theme and it’s not displaying properly. I followed the instructions and i have no other plugins on it and yes its the latest wordpress version. where can i get a DIRECT link to email support?

I’ve sent 2 support tickets already! Your system is broken. Let me send a screenshot and I’ll show you my support ticket in CMSmart. If you go into “My Tickets” Its right there. Please sort your system out before saying it’s my fault. I need this sorted ASAP as I paid for your theme and expect it to work properly
I can even send you my CMSmart login details so you can see for yourself
I even emailed the customer support department and got an automated reply so I know i submitted my ticket correctly

I installed the template according to the instructions, there are problems in the layout of the website. I indicated this to the support.
5 days have passed and nothing has changed. This is a bad product and support does not work at all.
I do not recommend buying this template from the developer!

the issue is very simple, when we select state and zip code, tax and shipping need to apply but only shipping applied, tax only showing $0.00.
If product is taxable then at checkout page when state and zip code is select from th billing or shipping form, tax need to apply some amount same as shipping charges.
Please fix it as soon as possible as we don’t have much time.
My other work is pending because of this tax issue.
