Hello I have the following problem: the appearance of the website on an Android phone is in dark. So where should be a white background, it is black on Android. The appearance on iPhone and browsers like Chrome, Firefox is correct.

What is the reason that Android displays the website in dark and how can I change this?

Hi, I already wrote you an email about product activation: Under THEME OPTIONS > PRODUCT ACTIVATION I enter the purchase code and click on REGISTER button. Now there is a yellow banner, where it says “Settings have changed, you should save them!” But where can I save the settings? there is no SAVE button.

Hello there I bought the theme. I want to install the Creative Homepage theme. But it loads as Classic Homepage. How do I upload the Creative Homepage demo to the website?

I am using home-shop as the default home page. After loading the demo content I am getting a super long sidebar on the right side of the page that is overlaid over the top of the content. How do I get rid of this?

The footer also does not appear like the demo page footer. It is laid out in one long column. How do I fix this?

I do have screen captures but I can’t add them here.

Is woocommerce installed with the theme install?

A year ago I bought the Gardi v 1.0 theme by installing WordPress 4.8.9 and everything worked correctly. Today, having to make changes, I updated Wordpress to the latest version 5.2.1 but I immediately had problems (white screen with error message); I therefore updated the Gardi theme to the current version 1.2 but without success. Only by removing the wordpress theme it starts working again. Furthermore if I go to modify the .htaccess file with the values indicated in the documentation I get an “internal server error 500” and the same thing if I modify the wp-config file. How can I solve it? I don’t want to downgrade WordPress, but even having to buy a new theme causes incompatibility.

I bought theme. In Dashboard write “Purchase Validation! Please activate your theme.” Register Now or Buy theme. Wen i click “Register Now” write: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I can’t install the theme normally, because of the absence of some files. For example: In your index.html supported documentatios there are mentioned content.xml and widgets.wie files, which I can’t find in downloaded files.

A couple of days ago while building the website, I was able to use the WPBakery page builder and all its functionalities without any issues. Yesterday, when I logged in, I was not able to view any parts of WPBakery page builder. I can only see the classic view which shows the code. I would like to use the frontend and backend editor that comes with it.

Could you please tell me if there is a bug or an issue that you know of? Also, if you can try updating the plugin version to see if that helps?

So far, I have contacted Bluehost to check for any issues, but they replied that they did not find any issues, nor did the error logs give any insights. WordPress was also updated today to 5.0.1 version.

I am running on a very short deadline to complete the website and need to figure this out as soon as possible.
