Had this theme for years. Recently, the “theme options” page is not loading and my header logos have all changed to the theme’s logo. Unfortunately, since I’ve had this program forever, I’d have to pay almost the full amount of the theme for support even though it’s a glitch on their end.

I’ve deleted all plugins and the theme on my FTP and reinstalled just the required plugins for your theme, and I am still receiving errors. This includes errors associated with the plugins providing with your download (that are required or a major part of using the theme yet are unusable such as WPBakery Page Builder).
The “Theme Options” page does not load and your “GoodLife – Required Plugin” will not activate.

Update: Purchased additional support for this item. Went back and forth between hosting and developer, with hosting saying this is an issue with the developer. They said it isn’t. Had the theme for years, no problem until update. Support was not helpful or eager to fix the problem.

We are not seeing this issue, theme does not come with polyfill.min.js file.

Not exactly. The error does not pop up right away. It just doesn’t work on certain browsers, and it shows in the console. It breaks the functionality of some JS in plugins. As always, thank you very much for the best support on themeforest.
