Two main problems with the theme so far:
1. the Newsletter (red field in the Coach homepage ) is not working . Contact form 7 is not working correctly in the newsletter field
2. there is nowhere to find activation key for slider revolution – the support replied but their reply is not helpful at all

1. Please check if you have set up your contact form 7 correctly.
2. Please note that Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

I’ve got a problem with your link support. When i add my purchse code item , it ’s “Null” error ! how can i contact your support ?

We have tested this and the help center is working fine, without any issue. So please read our article here and double-check if you entered the purchase code correctly and all other required fields and try to submit a request once again.
When creating a ticket request with another purchase code, do not choose the supported items option. You will need to create a new item with the new purchase code, theme, theme profile, etc.

Is this theme support ‘Image Gallery & Responsive Photo Gallery – FooGallery’ plugin? can we add custom component having html and css on home page?

Hi We purchased this theme but our support has expired. I am trying to update the slider revolution sliders but I get a message that if I have updated to Wordpress 5.5, I shouldn’t save any projects. However, I do not see any way to update Slider Revolution or Pagebuilde to make these changes. I also do not see any update to the theme which might have updated versions of these bundled plugins. How do I update Slider Revolution so that I can make the changes? Thanks.

It’s horrible that I am still waiting for a support without any help. The theme is just misbehaving even when I don’t make any changes whatsoever. Slowest support ever on ThemeForest. If you won’t help your customers don’t sell themes. My about me Page is just changing by its self. Content is tilting to one side of the page. The header background disappeared by itself.
Rubbish! Now even the Homepage is messed up and tilted without me doing anything. What kind of template is this? Everything is boxed.

How do I remove the Everlead Facebook open graph image so that when I post a link from my website to FB your theme’s image does not show up? I don’t want to advertise the “theme author” when I post links to my website.

Hi, is there anyway you can show us here how to change the themes default color as we have no time to wait for support to respond. In Everlead options, under General, changing the First Main Color, does not change anything at all. I had to keep changing each color independently, please provide answer here, we don’t have time for support about this minor bug. Thanks
