Hi there, When I upload an image for the preloader it fits perfectly in terms of size for the desktop version, however when you switch to mobile version the preloader is wayyyy to large to fit the mobile version and i cannot get it to adjust accordingly. Please help

the product page and contact us page look fine. The home page though, Why does the format look like that? It doesnt look full width to me and there is some serious content overlap making it look kind of messy in that screenshot.
On the home page, the section you upload images are less width size, You should upload the image size as we recommended in our section.

Four questions. What does style value (margin) do? Where do I find how to change the color of my product price? Where are the quantity breaks and bundle discount features? For platforms like Shopify, can you use apps easily with this theme without trouble?
EDIT: Style value lowers/raises the spacing between your sections. Also, how do I remove the map and other information on the Contact Us (page.contact) template on shopify?

1) & 5) The style margin values gives spaces between the sections. Please let us know what is your exact requirement with some clear screenshots and we will help you in it.
2) You can edit the product price color from Customizer > Theme Settings > Colors > Product > Product Price. Please have a look at this screenshot https://prnt.sc/y430ft
3) Can you please be more specific about quantity breaks with some screenshots so that we can check and let you know immediately. We do not have the bundle discount feature in our theme. Will try to include it in our future updates.
4) Yes you can use any apps from the market. Mostly all the apps will work without any issues. But may be some can conflict and the app developer needs to check it.

Hello support emails me back only once per day. Is it possible to receive better quicker responses? I’ve had three fairly minor theme issues that should have been resolved 3 days ago but we keep going back in forth as they ask for confirmation and such not getting anywhere cause they reply once a day. Hello, I found an issue in the mobile version of the store. When I am in a “Products page” (the page where you can order a product), If I click the menu icon at the top left, some social media buttons appear out of nowhere. Can you please help me remove this? This only happens in the product page for some reason (ONLY ON MOBILE VERSION). I have given you access to edit the theme as collaborator. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I installed the theme ok but there is an issue. On the product page, when you “Enable Short description”, the product description on the right hand side of the product page is truncated ( ending with three dots) and does not make sense to the reader.
How can we control what amount of text shows up here ?
Also, on the product page (on the right and side), where the title of the product appears, how can I include the 5 star rating that appears on your support page, under section 12 ?

1) We are not sure which one you are exactly talking about, Because, on the product detail page, We have included the “Have questions? ask an expert” form only. In case if you are mentioning checkout “I agree with terms and conditions” means, Yes it’s possible via admin panel.
2) Yes, it is possible to insert the JPG image via CMS editor and make it visible.
3) Sorry, Currently theme not having such a video slider option, but there is an option to showcase the background video with text.
4)No those images will not be available with the downloaded package.
5)Yes it is doable, there is an option in the customization panel itself.
6) Unfortunately, this theme is not RTL compatible.

Yes, the theme will not have demo data, the default layout will be stored as JSON, So while you importing the theme, It will come with placeholders. You need to replace them with your own images and data. Also, mega menu styles can be assigned after adding all the menus in the navigation as per the guideline provided in the documentation.

Within the Main folder[themeforest-boom-shopify-theme.zip] there will be the following folder and files.
Documentation boom-main-demo.zip boom-other-demos Readme.txt Log.txt
You can install boom-main-demo.zip for the primary theme.
If you want to have additional demos, kindly check the folder boom-other-demos and install the respective demo’s zip file!.
