Is there a way to allow for ZAR (South African Rand) currency? That’s the only one we need. I see that it’s not included on the theme. Are there any ways to add in other payment gateways?

The Booking functionality comes from the 3rd-party plugin – WP Hotelier. This plugin doesn’t support ZAR currency by default. You can try to use the solution provided by the plugin authors – https://docs.wphotelier.com/article/17-add-a-custom-currency
We recommend you using a Child theme for such kinds of modifications.

Is there perhaps a way to run the payments through a different payment gateway in that case? We weren’t aware that our currency wouldn’t be supported

We have a cottage with a sauna. We rent a cottage for daily rent, but we can also rent a sauna separately with payment by the hour. If the client has ordered 3 hours of sauna, then it is not possible to book a cottage for this period. If a cottage is booked for a day, then during this period the sauna should be unavailable for booking automatically. Will your booking system help you do this? Two different objects with the payment of an hour and a day, but united by the logic of booking. Is booking friendly with woocommerce?

The theme was built based on the WP Hotelier plugin that doesn’t support such kind of functionality. The plugin doesn’t have integrations with WooCommerce as well.

Hello, my name is Dima. My client bought this theme. And he has some problems. First, Seasonal prices does not work correctly. I created different seasons with different prices, but for some reason on the site it is displayed incorrectly. Also, the weather widget in header does not work. I tried to select different cities, but instead of temperature, it shows an error.

I allready checked and update all plugins, but nothing change. Also a couldn’t write to support team because when i try to create ticket i see message “This purchase code has already been used.”. Please help me with this crash.

You can use the Google Maps element on the single room pages. This element isn’t part of the Hotel functionality, therefore, you need to add and set up it manually in each room’s content.

As our support team has mentioned, the problem with icons will be fixed in the coming updates of the theme. According to the fair use policy of Envato, if you’re waiting for an update or fix to an item, it may take several days/weeks for an author to properly fix, test, review, and release.

Thanks. As this is a simple thing I feel that similar small issues may arise in the future and a fix may not come fast enough. I will not be using the theme from now on and will look to rebuild on the WOODMART theme of which they respond and fix at lighting speed.
This isn’t a simple thing that can be fixed immediately. It requires some time to fix, test, and release.

1. Sure, the homepage made by using the WPBakery (formerly Visual Composer) plugin.
2. The booking form is located on the homepage. You can just remove the Row with the booking form widget.
3. Room prices can’t be disabled by default. You can hide them using custom CSS.
