Hello. We have a situation where there are two use cases. 1) We have facilities open for booking in various time slots, and 2) we hold events where there may be multiple in one day. Is it possible to have a master calendar showing all of the events on it (but not the facility booking slots) and then separate booking calendars per facility?
Hello,
my apologies for responding late.
You can add unlimited facilities to a booking calendar. Please note that when you add a facility to a particular calendar it is added to all of its available time slots.
You can have a master calendar showing all of the events on it but not without showing the facility booking slots. You can however, have separate booking calendars per facility.
You can also discard the native booking system and use a plugin of your choice instead.
Thank you for your interest!
Hi, I am using this theme “work in progress” and I have a question, is there a way to apply a different price in the appointment system for the week end slots, I looked hard but couldn’t find it ? thank you in advance
Hello,
rates are applied to products, not to time slots, unfortunately.
Thank you
does it mean that we have to create a different product that we can apply only for week-ends ? can we apply to products to the same calendar but only for week-ends ? this is a very important option we want to use in our booking system, I don’t know if there is better solutions for this purpose, I only see the woocommerce booking that I find very expensif.
Hello,
whilst you can add several products to a calendar, it is unfortunately not possible to add a specific product to an individual time slot within a calendar. You would either need two calendars or use the same slots for all products within a calendar.
If the current booking plugin does not meet your particular requirements you can always disable the plugin and use a different one that is more suited to your needs – there are tons of them available online (even free ones).
I hope this helps.
Hello, I have some Pre-purchasing questions : 1- When was the last time you updated your theme 2- Is the booking system already connected to woocommerce, we want to use this website for outdoor escape game bookings, customers have to book directly when they chose the time and day. 3- how is the booking data managed ? the interface we are using allows us to see all our bookings timings and schedule, is it the same with the woocommerce options, can we see : - how much money we make for every game ? - what is the schedule for every game in different cities ? - is it easy to refund customers who cancel ?
4 – can users make payment without having to login to paypal ? I tried but didn’t work. 5 – Does your theme come with a pro Elementor version, if yes how can we get the licence key when we make updates? 6 – We want to use your theme for different subdomains, do we have to buy it more than once ?
thank you in advance for your answers, and have a wonderful year 2021.
One last question, is the WPML already included ? do we have also to pay to get a pro version ? are the pages already set with different translation options ?
Hello,
1 – The theme was last updated on 24 December 2020
2 – Yes, the booking system is connected to WooCommerce
3 – Every game is a WooCommerce product so all native WooCommerce product analytics can be applied to the booking system. You can create unlimited products as well as unique booking calendars. Cancelling a booking requires one click in the admin dashboard. WooCommerce refunds are however handled separately via the WooCommerce Orders interface.
4 – If checkout with PayPal is selected then the user should log into their PayPal account. That is how PayPal works everywhere. There are plenty of other payment gateways available too.
5 – No theme can ever come with Elemenor PRO version – their license does not allow distribution of the Elemenor PRO plugin.
6 – Generally, you can use one license per one domain, however this depends on how your subdomains are connected.
When it comes to subdomains, the context in which how these subdomains are being used needs to be considered to determine whether a single license applies. If all the subdomains are designed to organize your content within one main site we consider that use as a single end product (thus requiring a single license). For example: your main domain is fruits.com, and the subdomains are apple.fruits.com and orange.fruits.com, the subdomains relate to the main site and are used to organize the content of your main site into subdomains (even though the subdomains require multiple installations which can have individual personalities), the subdomains are still related to the same subject of the main site and therefore a single end product.
In cases where each subdomain has no relation to each other or the main site and are about different things, then we consider these subdomains different end products regardless of the implementation (single installation). In this case you would need a separate license for each subdomain. For example, your main domain is fruits.com which is about the health benefits of eating fruit, and you have a subdomain which is buy.fruits.com which is about buying 3D models of fruit, you will need a separate license for each.
In the case of multisite installations that are mapped to subdomains, a single license is fine because technically it’s still only one installation and one entity. However, you’ll need multiple licenses to use a multisite installation with domain mapping because those would be technically different sites, and hence, different end products.
All-in-all, you need to consider how you are using the theme to determine whether a single license is enough, or multiple licenses are required.
7 – Just as with Elementor PRO no theme can bundle the WPML plugin. WPML is a pro plugin that comes with its own licensing plans. You will also have to do the translating yourself.
I hope this answers your questions. Wishing you all the best in 2021!
Hello, pre-purchasing question about the escape room themed pages: is it possible to easily customize each room’s details page so that one can immediately see icons for difficulty, price, time instead of having those percentages bars that take quite a lot of space? Also, is it possible to have Tripadvisor reviews instead of Trustpilot ones and have a “review” menu with all of them? Thank you
Hello,
yes, all pages are made with the Elementor visual page builder that allows you to modify all content quite effortlessly.
You can also add any type of content to your pages as well as easily create additional pages, such as testimonials and create as many menu links as you wish.
When it comes to Elemenor, the sky is the limit.

Hello,
I have some pre-purchase questions:
1) Is your them available in French or do I have to translate it manually?
2) If your theme is multilingual, will the booking feature be duplicated in the second language or is it going to be the same booking form but in a different language?
3) Is your theme ready for multivendors? I want each users to create a listing and offer their own service on my site (barber, massage, tutors…) – Is it possible to do it with your theme?
4) Do you have commission available for admin for each booking placed on the site?
Thanks in advance,
— GM
Hello,
1) Do you have plans to add Appointment booking for hourly services (for example tutors, massage, hair stylist)?
2) If yes what is your ETA to implement this module?
Thanks in advance,
— GM
Hello,
there are no such plans at this time. You can however, discard the native booking system and use a third-party booking plugin instead.
