the download package is exactly the same as the demo preview. Have you installed the Booked and WooCommerce plugins that are bundled with the theme in order to get the booking functionality working?

you simply need to install and activate the Booked plugin via Activity > Plugins or Appearance > Install plugins.
The Booked plugin is included with the theme. It is no longer supported however, but the plugin is there and it works. If there is no preview, make sure that the calendar shortcode is correct.

the Booked plugin that is bundled with the theme is stable, however the plugin was discontinued – hence there is no support included.
You can however, replace the plugin with a different plugin of your choice.

Hello, the theme looks excellent technically and visually as it is. Great work. One question in advance. I assume that it is without problems, ex. Mon – Wed and Thu to create a course at 16 o’clock to 19 clock, and can you then set in advance that the course max 5 people allowed? So if 5 people have already booked the course on Wednesday, no more booking is possible. Does this work? Thank you very much, have a nice evening and greetings Jack

Hello, we are using your theme for a retro gaming arcade, the client has the following questions.
1. is it possible to show only the start time on the calendar for the booking and not for example 1pm-2pm. The client only requires the start time, as the customers have unlimited time in the building when they book. so a start time is just needed.
2. is it possible to set the amount of people allowed to book. for example. for 1pm only 30 people can book in. Instead of 30 sessions? I understand at the moment, i booking = 1 session, which could be a familly booking of 4 people and the system sees that as 1 session?
3. is it possible to select how many people can book at certain times ? the client has asked the following :
Ideal we want 20 slots on the opening time.
Then at every half an hour 10 slots From 4pm increase it to 15 slots. From 6pm increase it to 20 slots. Last slot for booking to be 1 hour before close.

my apologies for responding late.
1. Changes to the booking system would require customization of the booking plugin.
2. For every time slot you create you can define how many spaces are available within that particular time slot. It is up to you how you define “space” however – it could mean person or a group of 4, yes.
3. Customization would be needed in order to have such a functionality. You can also use a different booking plugin if that would suit your requirements better.

Hi, I have a pre purchase simple question. I need a booking calendar for school visits to a museum, each time bench has a quota of 100 student max. Maybe two schools with 45 and 55 students each can book the same hour but i need a setting to choose visitors number so i can calculate how many places of the 100 max. left at that time. I noticed there are only two Elementor compatible themes for escape rooms on the market. They’re both good, and this one seems more flexible, but the other has more sales. It might be the styling. A lot of escape room companies use darker themes.

Hi, I am interested in your theme but please could you answer these questions for me?
1. Is there capability to choose more than an 1hr at a time? So, we need options for 1 hr,3 hours and 5 hours, will the system be able to do this and make sure those hours are booked off the calendar? 2. Can this booking system be managed in the backend, so can an admin block out certain times of the day? 3.We have 4 cars to choose from (to rent out for an experience) and then the times as specified above. Will this be possible? Do we have to have a seperate calendar per car? Or will the client choose a time slot and see what car is available? 4. If a client books the last appointment for the day, will we be able to configure the system so that they can only choose 1 duration (1hr) instead of the other options available? 5. We dont want clients to have EFT payments, they will use PayFast through Woocommerce or a voucher. BUT, will the admin be able to do EFT payments on the clients behalf in the backend? 6. With the voucher on your system, will we be able to use our own design for this? We have a PDF version that we would like to use. 7. Is there a list of all the appointments made to be accessed in the backend, for example, all the appointments booked for a week or month etc, preferably that can be printed out? 8. Will admins be able to to manage everything as discussed, they need to be able to change, edit, manually book & remove online bookings made? 9. On the admin side time slots need to be made available from 6am but for client bookings they can only book from 9am on the calendar booking system. Also, there needs to be a 30-min waiting period after a car has been booked out, so if a car was booked for a 9-10am slot for instance, after 10am the car should not be available to book until 10h30. Bookings are available from Mondays – Sundays daily, BUT no bookings can be made after 15h00 on Mondays – Fridays. Is this customisation possible? 10. Is the wording in the emails that the clients receive customisable?

1. You can set any length for a time slot. Time slots however, obtain this fixed length, they cannot be 1 to 5 hours long. It can be 1 hour, 3 hours or 5 hours, but not all that at once (for the customer to choose).
2. Yes.
3. You can have a separate calendar per car or you can have all cars attached to a single calendar.
4. A slot has a pre-defined duration. You can also set an offset to prevent slot and/or booking creation after a certain hour of the day.
5. All payments are processed via WooCommerce. I would suggest that you ask this question in WooCommerce forums in order to get the most accurate information.
6. The theme does not force any vouchers. You can use whatever you want.
7. Yes, you can see all bookings in the admin dashboard.
8. Yes, admin can change, edit, manually book & remove online bookings made.
9. Yes, you can set the time in between available slots as well as available start and end times for each day of the week.
10. Yes.

Hello pre support-sales question. I run a studio so it’s booked one slot at a time each day. Is it possible to control available time slots by duration rather than number of slots. So I set 4 time slots per day morning, afternoon, evening and Full Day. If a full day is booked then I need it to show just the evening slot remaining and not use the logic one slot is booked and 3 remain as it appears is the only method… Hope that is not too confusing. If this is achievable I will renew my support for the full answer. So a ‘yes or no’ here is sufficient. Thanks

when you create time slots in the calendar open the “Bulk” creation tab. Here you have the option to choose the time-between and a duration of your slots within a daily time-frame.
It is unfortunately not possible however, to close the remaining slots automatically if just one of them is booked. You would need to manually block them in the dashboard.

Thank you for your reply it’s very much appreciated. I love the Theme and it’s a bit disappointing that such an all encompassing booking system has no way of preventing double bookings automatically. I realise this is not your coding but whoever decided that was a good idea deserves a public flogging
