Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we cannot support importing / exporting of a properties as a part of customer support. Every database is little different and this kind of import is more “Plugin Area” than “Theme Area”. Some people use free version of WP All Import Plugin for it but we officially do not support it. It is quite advanced plugin with many options related to import / export

Hi! Nice theme! Before I buy, I have few questions:
1) Icons on property cards: can they be used throughout whole site, not just directory? Can they be used together with text labels? Also can icons be used for Features block?
2) When trying to favourite a property, clicking on a heart symbol, a login form appears, but does not contain social login buttons. However on a separate login page they are present. How to show them in the modal login form?
3) We plan to divide all properties on two categories: standard and VIP. How can we use separate design for VIP properties in listings and on their pages? Like in your demo you’ve used another color themes for Investments or Agency – but those seem to be separate websites, and we need this kind of visual separation on one website.
4) Is there any integration with the booking plugin? For rent and for making an appointment with the agent? So that a customer fills up one of these forms from the property page.
5) Is there any possibility to use multiple currencies but using exchange rate between them? It would be hard to change values in all fields for multiple properties (for each property in each currency calculating on our own without automatisation).

When I try and update WPBakery Addons it says update package not available. Then I try and go to MyHome Updater to check and see if it will update there and it says that I’m all up to date.

Pre-sale question: The URL addresses that are generated from the plugin – for example: domain.com/property/?property-type=flat are not SEO friendly. Is it possible to change URL to something like: domain.com/property/flat

Good Day TangibleDesign-Team,
I want to be able to place that image slider type used like in the single properties pages manually in other content areas using the WP-Bakery Editor.
I just can`t find that slider module in the WP-Bakery Widget selection. There is an image slider however but not with those thumbnails at the bottom.

Thank you for your question. The best option will be to use Revolution Slider for it. It is a really powerful plugin that is a part of MyHome. You can find it in the /wp-admin/ > Slider Revolution and then add it via the Slider element on any page.
Alternatively, you try to use the “Image Carousel” widget – it has fewer options but is easier to integrate.

Hello, in ‘submit property’ section can you change it so the agent can select images from gallery instead of ‘upload images’
we would like all images to be uploaded prior and the agent can just select images from the gallery.

I have a problem uploading the theme..ca displays that there is a missing temporary folder .. I modified the wp-config.php file created a time folder on wp-conten .. I modify the permissions but the problem still persists

Thank you for your question. Currently listings (apartments) cannot be connected into one “Builind”. The only option is to have some kind of taxonomy e.g. “Building” with options “Building A” / Building B” and connect listings to this terms. Simple pages for all building will be automatically created. Please consider it be not possible to display it on the map search (apartments pins will be next to each other – not grouped in one listing).
