All you have to do is update the theme to the latest version as already answered by our support team. We understand that you are asking for a piece of code instead to fix this, unfortunately, that would go against the security responsibilities as that puts others at risk by revealing the security issue (the ones who haven’t updated yet). The best way is to simply do the full update instead.
Our support team has also offered you to fix this on your site instead if you can share the site info. If you still need the fix, please update your support topic with this info. If you can’t share your live site for some reason, share a staging / test site instead that you can copy over later.
While your support expired 4 months ago, and we generally only can answer the most basic queries after expired support, you can go ahead with this by sharing your site details at your topic.

Yes you can update the theme to latest version by following this guide (login to your support account to view). You don’t have to extend support as updates are free. However, if you do need any support, you will have to renew it.

We would recommend using a plugin Ad Inserter plugin (guide here – available in free version). It works both with Auto Ads and normal ads. This is not PHP 8 version compatible. Some of the core plugins are giving error. Please help on making this theme available with PHP 8 Compatibility.

We wouldn’t recommend updating to PHP8 just yet as majority of WordPress plugins have issues with it. Most of it are third party. WordPress 5.6 is in “Beta Compatibility” yet. We’ll go by their timeline with WordPress 5.7 release. That being said, please share the errors you’re seeing at our support site. We didn’t find any in a quick preliminary test yet. In my blog, Instagram images are not displayed. I contact a serviceman in server. He said this is up to theme developer. I insert his messages here: “I(serviceman) have tried inspecting the element of the image and once visiting the URL of the image, we can see this: It shows that your endpoint is indeed not correct, you either should contact the plugin manager, or whoever generates the token. Furthermore, may I ask if your theme is up to date, because it is caused by Instagram update and all themes should have created fix for this.”

Yes the theme is compatible with WordPress 5.6. However, on existing sites, please note that many plugins will not be compatible yet. This update has caused too many WordPress plugins to break due to a jQuery change. Additionally there’s an unpatched security issue in WordPress 5.6 due to be patched in 5.6.1. You can read more here.
We suggest waiting a few weeks unless you’re sure all the plugins you are using are compatible.

If you’re referring to critical security update notification, unfortunately there is no default toggle for this. Please note that this was only done once due to severity of security issue in one of the plugins. Otherwise it’s never shown for a normal update.

Please scroll to the bottom of the page to see Changelog. That’s where the correct update dates are mentioned. The other update date at ThemeForest can be for any change – such as a discount or graphics change.

When applying theme demo, Alt Homepage 2, 3 or 4, it’s a problem there. When clicking home button on top menu, I expect the page is surely chronological sequence of contents, but home is fixed page showing certain category first and in the list below the latest contents shown. But when clicking logo or default logo, I find it functions like home button. Contents are shown as time sequence. Please give me a hand.
