Looks like the slider wasn’t imported. The easiest way is “to remove” and then “reinstall” the demo. You can do it in one click on Demo install page. Make sure the hosting is using php 7.3+ and memory limit minimum 256M.

When you imported for the first time did the theme show any errors while installing?

Hello, I checked all of the stats for the website and it all matches what you listed. I also un installed it and re installed it and still there is no slider included in this package.

Looks strange, by default it should be imported with demo import tool.

Can you tell me what php version is used on your server? Also what memory limit is used? The theme requires php 7.3+ and memory limit 256M for demo import tool. Try to ask your hosting support and increase.

Hi, i need admin access to check whats happen. Just tested the theme, wpbakery works fine. To translate static strings you should create a po mo files for yor locale. fr_FR for example. The word “cart” in the right header is a static word. use soft like poedit. it will scan all english hardcoded strings and you will be able to translate.

К шаблону приложена последняя версия рев слайдера. При каждом обновлении слайдера обновляется и сам шаблон (для того чтобы вложить последнюю версию). Поэтому покупать лицензию на слайдер не нужно. Скачайте последнюю версию шаблона (общий архив) и в ней есть папка плагины. Там и лежат все плагины. Либо обновите шаблон на сайте, потом можно через админ панель нажать обновить в верхнем окошке которое высвечивается на всех страничках относительно установленных плагинов. Он автоматически обновит до последней версии.

Для добавления шорткода попробуйте textEditor, и в него текстом вставьте ваш шорткод.

(use the contact form on my profile page to contact directly in privat) The demo install tool minimal tech requirements are php 7.3+ and memory_limit 256M. Probably on your hosting is installed an old php version or the memory limit is too small. It can be easily changed in hosting cPanel, or by contacting the hosting support.
