Hi, I have a licensed copy that I need to reregister. The old domain was temporary, and we need to move it to the real domain. This is license d0e4c045-e259-44d2-946a-b7d8d5a695ee.
It was registered to sifa.twotuxes.net, and we need it for the main twotuxes.net domain now.
How can we do that?

I have purchased several licenses for the same ALE theme.
When we purchased these and set up the theme, they were on development sites/URLs, but are now live and on the main site.
How can I change the domain for which these licenses are registered?
Do you have any updates in the Social Media section to add TikTok?
On this latest install there are issues in the product listing. Using WP 6.5.2. on this one. I have replicated the files/css, etc. from the other sites we use this theme on and they are working perfectly. Issue: https://mt.hcihost.com/c/all-styles/ The page is full width and should not be.

Looks like content_wrapper class is missing from the html DOM. But in our demo preview it exist and by defult in a fresh install it also works (just tested). Did you edited any source files? OR do you have any plugins that change the html structure? In case you use third part plugins, disable them to check if the wrapper class appears back.
Just purchased and using the KEIRA theme. The site title is overlayed on top of the logo. I have all these logos set but the width is controlled by the Site Title. I do not want the site title there, I want the logo like it should be.
Hello, some demos uses specific styles. Keira uses logo + text. In case you want to get rid of text and use only the bg-image as logo then you can use that custom CSS code. Do you know how to use that code or need more info? Thanks you.

I purchased the Ale theme last year. I deleted the entire site today because of issues on the server, I worked on the site in comfortzone.ie/wp that’s where all my files were stored. So I had to start again: I bought Ale for my site www.comfortzone.ie and now I am trying to activate Ale again but it is issuing an alert saying “Your key has been installed on another domain(comfortzone.ie/wp)” My domain is comfortzone.ie Can you help me with this. I’m in a rush to install this theme and finishing a project but the theme wont install. I tried it on almost every wordpress version, and every time after I select the zip file and press “Install” it hits me with this error: “This site can’t be reached. The webpage at https://rekolta-online.preview-domain.com/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.”

Hello I am interested in the Ale – eCommerce WordPress Multipurpose Theme
But I have some doubts!
If I buy this template: the WPBakery or elementor is lifetime? and free updates? the same for Slider Revolution is lifetime? and free updates?
In the live preview the cart page does not work. The template is already prepared with all pages for woocommerce? The theme have the login page and new user registration page?
Last but most important the the loading speed? Is fast? What data can you provide?

I am having repeat issues with the site timing out and even the back end timing out. This only happens with the three sites that are using this Ale Theme that we purchased. All the other WP sites on the server are running fine. I need some assistance.

Can you give me some specific info, I need a screenshot example with the error if it exists, a console screenshot if error persist, i need some info about your server, what php version is used, what wp version, what plugins are installed. I think a theme function is conflicting with server settings or plugins and cause the problem, so to try and find that function, i need more data. Hi, You should download the last version fron Download section. Remove the old theme on your site and install the latest archive and activate. All settings will remain.
