Hello, unfortunately WooCommerce new mail orders are not send anymore to our customer, we cannot find another cause, then outdated WooCommerce functions as other emails via the website just arrive well. Last theme update is 2021. That’s 4 years ago

When will the theme be updated !! Last Update was on 9 December 2021. We are facing Critical WooCommerce issues.. Please update the theme !!!!

Regarding WooCommerce order mails please try suggestions from this article.
Files overridden in the theme are listed below:
gretnagreen/woocommerce/content-product.php gretnagreen/woocommerce/global\quantity-input.php gretnagreen/woocommerce/product-searchform.php
They are not related to WooCommerce order mail. We didn’t make any changes to WooCommerce order mail files so these functions should not be interrupted by the theme.
At the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.

I’m still using this theme on the site, but now there are more and more frequent problems of template compatibility with plugins, which greatly affects the appearance of the site and loading speed. It would be great to get an update to the theme. After all, it does look delicate and beautiful!

The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.

I love this theme and I have already purchased two licenses, are you going to update it in the near future? with the latest Woocommerce update it reports errors:

Right now on the mobile version of the website, the logo displays in the middle of the screen and follows you wherever you go. The row it’s contained in covers the entire screen so you cant click anywhere either.

This has occurred as your image for the mobile logo is too large, it is 2560×1669px so please upload a much smaller image in the settings of our theme and the logo will fall into the place of the mobile header.

Hello! I have a problem with the image gallery from the demo content…in Firefox and iOS browsers, the website show errors and I can’t find the solutions…also is there a way to disable white line in top of the page (on mobile) when there is no menus?
I found the problem inside the gallery settings. For it to work in Firefox and iOS, you must disable autoplay, image shadow, image behavior to none and also sliderloop to no. But still haven’t find the option to disable the top bar (on mobile) when there is no menus and also, can’t translate the “month” word inside the counter…

WPBakery Page Builder requires an update as the current version available isn’t working properly and I an unable to update/edit my client’s website as all functionality has been stripped. I’ve tried updating through Appearance > Plugin Instal but doesnt seem to be working as it still says the below after “successfully” processing update.

i managed to copy my site to a test hosting, the behavour is the same. wordpress is on the lastest update and the jquery migrate is setted up to legacy. on the home page you can see the last two sliders and the parallax section background incorrect behavour just above the contact form. here is the site https://www.templatest.netsons.org/

good news (i hope), i have this issue only on the lastest firefox update 86.0. i tried on another pc with firefox 75.0 ish and the page is showed correctly, i udate firefox on that machine and the problem persist, hence the problem is with the new firefox iterations. on chrome version 88.0 everything is working, tried to update to 89.0 and it still work. i’m still perplexed on why downgrading to wordpress 5.4 fix the problem

This could be due to the lazy loading feature for images added in WordPress 5.5 version. Please try installing the ‘Disable Lazy Load’ plugin ( please see screenshot ) and let us know if this helped.

now it’s fixed, the lazy load plug in fixed the sliders and the jquery migrate helper fixed the parallax background. can it be fixed with futures themes update without using plugins?

The Gift Registry page on our themes demo is constructed with a Client Carousel shortcode. This shortcode offers the option of setting the store or brand to which you can set a link with which you can guide people to purchase items pertinent to the couple in question.
