I am very interested in your theme, the theme’s function looks very powerful, and also very beautiful, I am interested in buying 2 themes.Before I have purchased a few Wokieey Themes. But I saw many users’ complaints in the comment area: 1. Service response time is too long 2. A series of errors occurred after the template was installed Therefore, I want to know whether these problems can be properly resolved. If a perfect solution can be obtained, I will place an order immediately.

1- We have a response time from 1-2 business days but you see, you got my answer after 5 minutes and in support system, the avg response time is 4 hours https://tppr.me/G9Dat so how it’s too long? 2- I don’t think what is series errors but if have a lot of issue so how people can buy our theme? I think the problem is some customers already have some Shopify app and after install our theme, it make conflict with our theme.
