Some doubts: 1) I noticed that the reservations are made (and the vacancies for the trip are reduced) even without confirming the payment via paypal. is it possible to make the vacancies only decrease after the payment is confirmed?

2) is there any trip where paypal is already activated to test? if yes, please send me the link

3) do you have any test access to the panel to register trips? for me to test how it works before buying

Hi there,

1. Once a tour is booked it will be reserved until the payment is processed, so there is no way to make it available if it is reserved only, you can always remove that payment and reservation from the backend.

You should also know that we have implemented options for disabling Paypal. That way you could arrange payment on some other way when you get email with contact info of your customer who booked the tour.

2. If you login with the credentials below you will be able to see under My bookings how this feature and payment process looks like.

3. Unfortunately we do not have any testing environment except the user dashboard where you can login with the following credentials: Username: test Password: test

i can see that , i’m asking if someone bought 5 ticket’s and choose\clicked on 5star hotel (the tour attributes) the price will be 5 ticket’s + 5 5star hotel (the tour attributes) , OR 5 ticket’s + 1 5star hotel (the tour attributes)

The tour attribute can’t be chosen in the booking form. You would need to create separate tours, each with a hotel with different star rating if you have these kind of arrangements. Hope this is clearer now.

This is the prebuy question I need these two features.

1. Can we integrate our own bank payment gateway? 2. We have a specific guide for each tour. Once the client book a tour the notification mail must send to the client, tour guide, and admin also. (Mail should be included tour details with location)

If you have these features I definitely buy your theme.

The payment is processed via PayPal, adding a different payment process would require additional coding, but this isn’t included in our support.

Sending a mail to several addresses when a tour is booked is also not available within theme options, and this would require additional coding as well.

Thanks for your patience!! I didn’t know those theme plugins needed to be updated manually, I believed they updated along with the parent theme. However, after updating the plugins the problem remains. If I create a new tour, for example, the custom tab works. And when I hover over the title with the mouse, the destination url has the hash in front (... / # tour-item-custom1-id) and that’s how it works. In all the other single tours created previously, however, the url that I see by hovering the mouse over the tab title does not have the hash sign (../tour-item-custom1-id) and does not make it appear to me. it is as if they are not anchored.
