Thanks for the message.
Porto Admin is a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template, therefore basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required so that you can edit the templates using a Text Editor like Sublime text, Notepad++ etc. So, it is different from using a CMS since you will have to deal with codes.
All the files that come with the zip package you downloaded can be used as a base/start for your project, the main idea is that you don’t have to start from scratch, just use an existing page from the demo and modify according to your needs.

I am using Html -Porto Front End 9.0.. Today I have bought Porto Admin 3.1 and i wanted to combine two project folders. (vendors, masters etc.) But i couldnt. Because theme.js give error if i combine the files. You are saying “Work Perfectly With Porto Admin ” but there are some errors. I couldnt combine projects folders.

Ok. I applied the page instructions. I think most of problem are solved. Just a one remained. When i added the js and css links in the FrontEnd page, this file give me error: /vendor/bootstrap-colorpicker/js/bootstrap-colorpicker.js f
I am using form-advenced.hmtl elements in any blank Porto FrontEnd web page. So color picker not working in FrontEnd. (Other form components working properly)

It works the same way for all template under the HTML category on ThemeForest.
How does the integration with the front-end template works?
Porto Admin is not a CMS/Editor system ready to create new pages on Porto Front-End template. The integration is actually a package of new features from the admin to add in the front-end template, such as advanced tables, advanced forms, etc…

Currently base theme and admin add-on use different Bootstrap versions, do they still compatible to each other?

secondly, I am testing your template and found that the area for logged user is too narrow, I cannot see the complete name. Can this be adjusted so the logged username will appear correctly?

Hello, we are going to update Porto (front-end) first and then update the admin, you can be sure we will update it. Regarding the logged user, you can make simple changes in the css to make it bigger if you want.

How do you change the color of the Liquid Meter? Also, on the Style Selector how come you can’t download the custom CSS from the selector (no Get CSS button)?

You can change the options of liquid meter in the “js/examples/examples.charts.js” file around line 358.
Regarding downloading the CSS file in the styles switcher instead of copy the code, this is a suggestion we will consider for a future updates. Thanks.

I don’t see a “copy the code” – wonder if Firefox is not showing it. That was it Firefox did not show the Get the Skin link, loaded in Edge and it worked….

The new ecommerce pages were included on Porto Admin since 3.0.0 version. Probably you are using an old version of Porto Admin.
To get the ecommerce pages, you should download the template again in your ThemeForest Downloads section. This way you will get the latest version.

Hello, I have detected that in cell phones when I move through the menu when I scroll down the link is activated immediately and goes to the section, how do I solve that? I would like to be able to move through the menu without this implying that I go directly to the section of each item, that is, with just one touch the link is activated and directs me, making it impossible for me to go through the total number of menu items. Hello, I purchased your Porto HTML5 template and am looking to purchase the admin side dashboard side that accompanies it. I had a few questions prior to purchasing. My website will be having three groups of user types: Resources, Clients and Admins. I want every person in group to have there own dashboard. Meaning, lets say i have 5 clients, each will have their own logins. And all of the resources will have there own logins etc. My question is, are the different user types able to communicate with each other via the messages. Meaning will the Clients be able to message the Resources via the dashboard? If they are, is there a way to restrict it? I would like the group of admins to be able to communicate with the clients and Resources, and have them communicate with the Admins, however, I wanted to know if it were possible for the client and resource not to be able to communicate with each other. Also, how configurable are the sections on the dashboard. I wanted to create a point system of sorts. With each action they perform, will give them a point. Example, if they follow us on Instagram, it will give them a point, i wanted to be able to show their progress on here. Is something like that possible?
Lastly, are you able to build the site according the specifications i give Not sure if you offer that service on the side, but I have the content and can hire you to assist in the build out since majority of the site is driven via the template. Thank you

Buying Porto Admin you will have all HTML, CSS and JS code for the functionalities you wish. But the backend code, like store data in a database for check insagram follows, chat messages, etc… you will need to develop by your own since it is not included.

Thank you so much for the detailed response. That is very important information for me to know. I’m using a site builder (bought here on Codecanyon) that requires upload of any landing page templates in HTML bootstrap .zip format. Not sure if such comes with Porto Admin, but these are the builder requirements that I would need. If so, I would be ready to purchase. Thanks again.

Hello, for the Liquid Meter you need to add the vendor/liquid-meter/liquid.meter.js file – Always check at the bottom of the HTML file to see which file is being included. You can also see the meter working in this file: ui-elements-charts.html

How many times do we have to click the link to “Video Documentation” before it actually takes us to a video tutorial? Click the one here and it takes you to another page telling you how awesome Porto is. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Video Tutorials” link it takes you to another page with no video tutorials.
Where can we find these tutorials you’re bragging about?
Also, would be nice if you had clearly stated this is not a complete package on the main page. Feel like this was another waste of money.

1) About the videos, you are absolutely right about that, we had tutorial videos some time ago, but as we are making several updates and improvements to the template these videos got outdated and then we removed them. We just removed the link from our preview and updated the description images.

Another issue I am facing is that I am using the same dropdown list from the forms advanced page (the very first basic drop down). I have applied “form-control form-control-sm mb-3” as styling classes, but the form-control-sm seems to get ignored altogether and is displaying a regular sized drop down… please advise.
