We were trying to upload the theme on the server, but it’s crashing.
It’s saying Your theme is GPL and it’s not working online.
Its giving us Fatal error while we are making it live.

Hi, Thanks for your question. Maybe you installed SSL certification and some file load over HTTP. you need to redirect all permalinks into HTTPS. Use Really Simple SSL plugin to solve the issue.

Hello, I just purchased your Chariton theme and I’m going through configuring my client’s website. In the documentation it says that I should be able to change the font size of the menu, the header and footer.n How can I do it ?

Hi, Thanks for your question. You can find all the options under the Chariton Options. Please check the Theme Options Settings carefully also we added some new features in the latest version make sure you install the latest version of the theme and plugin.

This theme is not working properly. All plugins are installed. Header and background pictures are not sticking and I don’t see how I can make font changes or select different options for my home page. Color changes are not sticking, etc.

Hey there – I’ve done this but the colour does not change for responsive menu, only for the desktop. I also can’t change the colour of a of the sidebar widgets and also, some navigation icons do not show up. Only a box and the background colour.

I only bought the theme in the last 7 days so I assume it’s the latest version
We have been having an issue will URL’s showing up in our Public HTML folder, here is an example: /xcv/video-khp-v-drt2.html. I keep cleaning them out and they come back.
I have gone through the plugins on our site and even changed hosting companies. I then went to check out the current version of the theme. On both your website pluginspoint.com and the view option of the theme here on Themeforest I keep getting an ESET Warning “Potential unwanted content found – This web page is on a list of websites with uncertain reputation or potentially unwanted content and has been blocked”
I am guessing we may have a similar issue. Can you please investigate on your end as well and let us know if you find anything or have an update to the theme?

We already added the menu font size option into our latest version but not release it yet. we are adding some new styles to our theme. if you want we provide your theme update file that solves your issue you can easily manage font size, color, etc via the theme options page.

If you want to ignore the prepackaged installation you need to edit the tgmpa prepackaged installation php file and simply removed the Revolution Slider name or you can add the prepackaged tgmpa file into your 01318-844369 theme. You can find the file inside the theme -> inc folder. It’s midnight here that’s why I am not able to provide you much information right now.

I just installed your theme, Chariton Nonprofit Charity. I used the demo import feature to import the Home Demo 1. The demo got imported but without the navbar. Also, some images were not present and the theme seems to be scattered.
