Hello! The sticky header shows when scrolling only in editing mode in elementor, once I exit editing mode it doesn’t show at all. How do I fix this? Thank You!
We have made sticky scrolling off when your admin bar is on. If you are not logged in or admin bar off you can see your sticky scrolling working well.
Hey there again! Thank you for the fast response time. I have another issue, is there a way to change the name of “Portfolios” to “Our Work” I’ve tried to do it on my own but haven’t gotten anywhere. Also, on the portfolio page, the header shows ARCHIVES*Portfolio. How can I change that?
Do you want to change portfolios in dashboard custom posts? and that archives portfolio is archive page title. It is a simple archive page for our portfolio custom post types.
No I want to change the name of the portfolios category itself to “Our Work” is there a way to do that? or is it hard coded as well?
Its coming from our linoor-addon plugin. You can change it from wp-content/plugins/linoor-addon/includes/PostTypes/Portfolio.php

Could you tell us the php version you’re using? You can try one by one installations? It looks like your server issue. We tried php 7.3.1 and everything worked well. Another option is you can send us layerdrops@gmail.com your server / wp details. We will solve it for you.

We think this is a memory issue now. Please ask your hosting provider to increase the memory limit. They will solve this issue.

You can change it via page meta box / customizer see screenshots: https://prnt.sc/10npcvk customizer (linoor options> general options> page header background image) it’s for global. If you want a page specific background image you can add via page meta box see screenshots: https://prnt.sc/10npdw7 you have to go to any page > edit> header image.

I am having problems changing the color of the layouts at the level of the slides in the homepage. where can I find the source of the layouts to change the color of the yellow stripe?
All those yellow shapes are hard coded images. You have to replace those images by color change in our theme’s image folder in wp-content/themes/linoor/assets/images/ Please check the link below for the complete shapes PSD. Hello and I tried to change some black backgrounds that are in different sections and I can’t find the way, I even tried with css but I can’t find where, and I also tried with all the yellow forms even in some links and I did not succeed, it can help me with this?
Could you please show us some screenshots? most are css based but some are coming from elementor blocks settings. If you show us the section we will guide you to customize that.

You can edit that from wp-content/plugins/ linoor-addon/includes/Frontend/Shortcodes.php Check the screenshot https://prnt.sc/10kp3h8 with linoor_excerpt() function you can update that number.

Hi, after importing all the demo. I am not able to change the layout of the sections. It only allows us to change the content. What is the benefit of elementor if we can’t change the layout sections? For example, on some welcome section, I want to move images to the right and content to the left (interchanging the sections).https://prnt.sc/10gyzkg Can you plz let me know how we can achieve that or this theme does not support all these?

Actually, Our theme doesn’t support this functionality. You have to write the css for that layout shifting. Hope answered your question.
I seem to be having issues with the Image ALT Text not getting picked up although it has been added to the images. Any ideas on how to fix.
Which alter text has issues? Can you show us some screenshots? It will help us to find out. We tried that most of the alter tags should have somehow text. If there is any mistake we will fix it.

The image-1.jpg is coming from our server because of demo import. If you replace it with your own image. It will solve that issue.

Actually we have cropped our sponsor/brand image by 150×80 px but your image is bigger than that, This is the reason why your image is cutting off. You have to update that size to ‘full’ which will give you a full size image. Also there is an alternative solution is making your image fit 150×80 size and update it. Which is better than code update and design layout.

Our theme is premade with elementor. There are no extra things to do with elementor. If you install and import demo you are ready to use our Linoor theme.

We have limit the text for our layouts design. You have to increase the limit from wp-content/plugins/linoor-addon/includes/Widgets/Testimonials.php file.
I downloaded 2 zip files: Linoor and Linoor Child.
My site is hosted by GoDaddy. I downloaded the template and uploaded the Linoor Zip and Child Zip files to the Themes. When I try to customize, it seems the site defaults to a Blog theme. I don’t see a way to change this or unblock different formats for the pages.
Did you import our demo content on a fresh install? It should be a blog theme. You have to import our demo content in order to get a proper look.
