I open the kamera.pot file inside the themes/kamera/languages folder with poedit I choose a new translation, I set my language Italian (Italy), I translate. I save the 2 files it_IT.mo and it_IT.po, I put them in the themes/kamera/languages folder, but the site is always in English. Thank you!

I installed a new clean version of the Wordpress 5.7 and installed the 1.5 theme I also used the loco plugin but it doesn’t work.
I did some tests and found this: The labels that I translated the first time are “load more” ID 50 and “LOAD MORE” ID 884 and “Loading” ID 883 unfortunately they are not loaded, the site remains in English. While other label as “Prev” ID 1285, “Next” ID 1286, “Year:” ID 1284, are loaded and the site is translated. So It is not a problem with the server or wordpress. The kamera.pot file is wrong, is corrupt? Why are some labels loaded and I can see the translations on the site, while others label don’t loaded? Thank you!!

This issue comes from Instagram itself. Instagram developers have made some changes to their API and we have added a fix for this in the latest theme version 1.5 (please see change log).
To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
Alternatively you can try using this plugin from this link to connect with Instagram.

Please check if bundled plugins like Edge CPT and Edge Instagram Feed are updated to their latest versions in Appearance -> Plugins. Latest Edge CPT plugin version is 1.1.1 and latest Edge Instagram Feed version is 2.0. Once you update Edge Instagram Feed it is necessary to navigate to Theme Options > Social Share and connect once again to your Instagram account.
You can also update WordPress as latest theme version 1.5 has compatibility with WordPress 5.6 and newer versions.

We tested this on our local installation and it seems that this issue comes from Instagram itself. Our dev team is working on a solution and is in contact with the Instagram team regarding this. As an alternative you can try using the plugin from this link to connect with Instagram.

Importing demo always stuck. Tried many times to import demo but it stopped at 20%, 30%, 40%, 60%, 90% in different attempts. I tried to refresh the page and import again, it success but all menu items and media files are duplicated!! I also tried reinstall whole Wordpress but it still occurred. It’s terrible. Any solutions to solve this?
Also, the Envato Market is even not existing in the theme folder at all!!!
Please note I have stayed the loading screen overnight and it still stopped at 30%.

If it doesn’t work, please use the last version of WooCommerce stated as compatible in our theme’s change log.

I didn’t update yet with wordpress 5.4. But I tried this morning, and my website just crashed…But for 1 year, there isn’t any update and I don’t have any issue yet, but there are so many updates with main plugins that I am not comfortable with it. Unless I am really naive, I couldn’t see where I open a ticket in the Support page!
I installed Kamera on a cPanel with the latest from Wordpress and 7.3 PHP.
My website works well but when I try to edit pages with WPBakery, I get a black page saying “This page isn’t working” and “my site didn’t send any data”. If I disable WPBakery, I can edit that garbage and, obviously, the site becomes garbled.
The posts can be edited (they don’t use WPBakery).
I installed the bundled plugin (which is very old – 6.03 as compared to the current version 6.1).
What is going on here?

Hi. Just a quick yes or no answer is ok as my support ran out 
. Do I have to set up an account for each client on Wordpress in order to have individual passwords for the proofing gallery?
Reason for asking is that I don’t see anywhere in the documentation how this is supposed to work and its leaving me now to figure it out on my own.
In the proofing gallery I hit yes for password, nowhere it asks to enter the desired password for the gallery. Once uploaded the gallery doesn’t even have an enter password box when viewing it as a visitor. I can just click and I still see everything.
Never mind. I managed to figure it out, but I am a little disappointed in the proofing option.
1. I would like to change the download link from Free Samples to just Download. 2. Have an option for my clients to download individual photos from the proofing gallery which is available on a few themes on Themeforest.
Just these lacking features makes the theme unusable for me now and force me to use something that isnt as beautiful as this theme.

1. You could change this by editing template files directly. Open up your FTP account and navigate to wp-content\themes\kamera\framework\modules\proofing-gallery\templates\single\parts\download-button.php there you’ll find Free Samples label on the 12th line which you should change to Downloads.
2. Unfortunately we don’t have an option for single image download, sorry about that.

Please, note that it is really important to perform this major update on right way. You should update your theme by performing the following steps:
1. Deactivate and delete Edge Core (Edge CPT) plugin (you can do this via FTP, just go to wp-content/plugins and remove edge-cpt plugin folder completely) 2. Download the latest theme .zip file from ThemeForest 3. Extract it and locate kamera.zip 4. Extract kamera.zip and locate the kamera folder 5. Copy/Replace the contents of the kamera folder to the /wp-content/themes/kamera folder of your web site. 6. Login to wp-admin panel, go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install and activate Edge CPT 1.1
Everything should be working well after.
