your theme is screwing up the permalinks on sites: https://endurer.qodeinteractive.com/?page_id=266 and https://endurer.qodeinteractive.com/event-home/ are the same. the https://endurer.qodeinteractive.com/?page_id=266 url should redirect automatically to https://endurer.qodeinteractive.com/event-home/ plus the wordpress preview urls are live as well. you need to fix this issue asap.

I tried but “Support for “Endurer – Running Club and Sports Theme” item has expired.” I still think this is an issue that needs fixing. What is the code in your functions.php (is my guess) that is causing this. This is really a massive issue.

Hi, bought this theme and emailed support but havn’t got a reply as yet. The supplied version of Slider Revolution is corrupt and the demo importer is stuck at 90%. I really wanted the inter block textures as per the demo but its all straight lines on my version. Can someone please help as on a deadline. Thanks

Once testing our theme on local installation it does work unconditionally and we cannot replicate any of the issues you do encounter. It’s important to stress that Envato does thorough examinations and inspects all the themes featured on their market before it even can be released. So what we can see from here and what you should have in mind is that you do have plenty of 3rd party plugins that did not come with the theme and that might affect the theme performance, we also cannot guaranty theme compatibility with the plugins that did not come within the theme as they have not been tested.
Also, you can always install the theme on a local installation to test its performance and check if the same issue will appear on your side, without the 3rd party plugins. Anyway, we are sure our agent will do their best to help you and detect what is the cause on your end.

it was installed on a brand new fresh install yesterday. No 3rd party plugins are present so that’s not true in the slightest. Stop marketing to basically make out you are doing all you can to fix this and your theme isn’t a bag of bolts.

So… Just in case anyone has this issue… The theme was built with a very old version of Slider Revolution which is no longer compatible. It’s nothing to do with third party plugins. To fix the the image overlay errors add the following to Additional CSS:

Please note that you can change the settings for the First Main color in Endurer Options > General > First Main color. As well as some of our themes shortcodes do have the settings within the shortcode itself. Also our themes documentation might help you to get started and show you all the possibilities you do have with our theme.

i purchased this theme recently, it is displaying outdated woocommerce templates message, if i update those templates to latest version will i face some issues? Is your theme compatible with the latest woocommerce and other plugins? Also i am getting an “Activate wpbakery” message. I tried to activate it but it dosen’t work. May i get some information about these issues?

Currently Endurer is not quite compatible with the latest WC version. Please be patient until we update theme where we’ll include a full compatibility with WC 3.6.1.
As for the activation – The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Hi, I just got your theme and looks amazing but I have no clue how to edit the already made templates like the homepages, I was able to manipulate the slider in the running club page for example but I only see a bunch of code there. I cant seem to be able to change the pictures or the text that goes below the slider? In the Documentation there’s no info about this, just how to make a post or page but I’d like to manipulate the already made pages with my own pics and text. Can you point to me in the right direction please?

I highly suggest that you modify your mobile menu. You should never have to scroll on a mobile menu. That is a really bad design flaw. No one knows to scroll on the menu. For example, if you tap SHOP, only Product List is displayed. There is NO indicator that suggests you need to SCROLL to see the other sub-menu items. That should be fixed.
