Hello TeamLiquid. Sorry to bother you.
I’ve been trying to get some word back from support on fixes to the paid customization that was completed by your team. I’ve reached out to James and Matt but have heard little to no word back .. this is going on a while now and really need someone to provide some insight into where I stand with this paid work?
It was supposed to be future-proofed yet it all fell apart upon the first theme update attempt.

Aye. I’ve been chasing the fixed for a while.. With the pandemic etc things just kept getting pushed out. I’ve a chain of email going back some while now.
I’ve was chatting with James who was very friendly and helpful but then things went quiet as the focus seemed to be more around on-boarding me for “Clickup” which I would have done if this had been resolved prior. Cart before the horse n’all.
The logins etc we’re also sent for the two environments.

Hello, I bought your theme yesterday and after installing it on my site I have trouble editing the templates with WP bakery. I don’t know if it’s a bug but when I click on Edit with WPBakery Page Builder, it doesn’t load. Or either internally, I can’t edit the default texts.

Hi, Just curious if it’s possible to change/swap header between black to white based on the container it’s overlaying. e.g- as you scroll down the page, the header flips between black and white depending on the container background being dark or light. If makes sense? I see this feature on the page blocks element on the next/previous buttons on scroll.. Many thanks Pete

Could you please make sure CSS Compiler is disabled in Theme Options. https://tppr.me/RcLtj After you’re done with the changes, you can re-enable the compiler to boost the performance.

I purchased this theme and have a very specific problem with SVG images in the icon box element. I spent hours trying to find a solution around the web and in your documentation. I finally gave up and submitted a support ticket. The support response was “go read the documentation” Really? I know where the documentation is and I couldn’t find any information on the problem or the solution there. Bloody insulting.
Should anyone come across this comment, please disregard. I haven’t used the system before and I honestly thought the statement “go to the documentation” that appears on the initial support page was the response to my support ticket. I wasn’t logged in. (head slap) Apologies to the authors!!!
