Hi, My support has expired but I had a quick question about the theme. I am not able to update text blocks on my website. The logs are showing a compatibility issue with the Gutenburg editor even though it is disabled.
Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.6 Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

Everything has already been updated to the max. The problem exists with all plugins disabled and only goodlayers core turned on
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.
4. If still doesn’t solve, please provide wp access + site url through the form in our profile page so we can check.

Hello again, after making the update to RealFactory 1.3.9. I’m having two problems. My Navbar menu is not visible unless you scroll a little. Also the three images just below the principal slider are now behind it. I’m using WP 5.4.4. Haven’t updated yet to the new 5.7 to avoid issues. Could you make sure you have updated the plugins that are included in the theme as well? Particularly the Goodlayers Core plugin?
If it still isn’t working, then try adding this custom css in wp-admin > appearance > customizer > additional css section and see if it helps:

Hello! I am loading the theme in Wordpress just installed, I uploaded the latest version of the theme and when I activate it and download goodlayers-core Wordpress crashes with this message: There has been a critical error on your site. Check the administrator email for instructions.
In the email I received, it says that a problem was detected in the file: wp-admin / customize.php.
Is it a compatibility error? What I can do?

There shouldn’t be any compatibility issue.
Could you try this after disabling your other plugins and see if it helps? If that resolves the issue, you can reactivate them one-by-one and see which one is causing the trouble.

3. If you didn’t modify theme’s files then it’s ok. All settings are separately kept in the database. But if you modified theme’s files, you have to do it again.

About the portfolio, please try to deactivate GoodLayers Portfolio plugin and activate it again. This should fix it.
And if you update WP to 5.6 recently, please follow this too.

We have updated to the latest version (1.7.6) of your GoodLayers Core plugin yet it still uses deprecated jQuery code that is guaranteed to break when WordPress version 5.7 comes and drops all support for legacy jQuery code. To be clear the issue is with the Goodlayers Core Plugin and version 1.7.6 is the most recent version that I can get through downloading the theme or through checking for updates in the WordPress back-end. I have looked directly at the Javascript source code in Goodlayers Core Plugin version 1.7.6 and it certainly does have the deprecated code in it. (It uses the unsupported attrFN function.)
The Goodlayers Core Plugin version 1.7.6 shows the deprecated code here : content/plugins/goodlayers-core/plugins/script.js:
This is the deprecated code found in that file : g.attrFn&&(g.attrFn[b]=!0)});
I expect that you do have a version of the Goodlayers Core Plugin that is newer than version 1.7.6. since your public demo does not use the deprecated jQuery code : https://demo.goodlayers.com/realfactory/wp-content/plugins/goodlayers-core/plugins/script.js
Can you please let us know what the current version of Goodlayers Core Plugin is and when that version is expected to be available through regular plugin updates.
