That’s the point of support, you need to renew it if you need to file tickets. If you have a bug to report you can do so here in the comments or send us a private message via the contact form on our profile page and those will be fixed in future updates, however if your issue is not caused by the theme and thus not a theme issue, you need to renew support as per the Envato support rules, like everyone else does who needs continuous support.

Hi, the product labels are not available in the Mini Products (they are limited and lighter, hence the Mini name).
You could replace that with a standard Products module in List view mode which has all the available product features.

as this is a bug in both areas = Opencart and Journal3 theme – Could it be possible to have this fixed on your next release or post here where can we solve this minor bug?

Hi, you have a full page cache extension which cached the output as being rendered by Internet Explorer 11, please clear your extension cache and that should solve your issue, alternatively, disable Old Browser Notice from Journal > Skin > Outdated Browser.

Hi, you can add anything you want in the footer since that’s a page builder, in Journal > Footer > ... So you can create a module like a Banner or Info Block, etc. and add that into a column in your footer.
