From what i saw during the time I was customizing the website, i founded many things which needs to be fixed the most important one is the option panel which is so poor, its limited and doesn’t give the user the ability to do the needed customization, the user should be an EXPERT or should pay more for customization.
Styles for menus, sliders and other features are not easy to edit without knowing how to work with CSS files.
I am un installing the theme, and will never buy from this author any more

I opened a ticket yesterday and your team told me that it’s a paid service. so from my point of view I paid 110 USD to get a theme which I can get better for free, on top of that I have to pay more in order to get basic customization, while this type of customization is common in the WordPress world and for FREE.

I do totally agree with you, customization should be paid, but my problem with customization is that your options panel is so poor, so I will have to come back to you and ask for customization and pay for it.
In simple words, its like you are selling me a car without engine and asking me to pay for the engine and other parts which should come as part of the car, not as an add on.
Each theme will respond and support different styles and customizations according to the theme that the designer has made. And for your display, it require to add custom css codes. So it will belong to a custom service. Hope you understand
I’m using mi car theme. It’s good. But I’m facing a problem. I’ve set up a demo template. And then I’ve used header 1 and replace the mi car logo with my logo from the appearance>customize>logo setting.. Home page is looks good. But when I go in other page again I see the mi car logo in the header. I can’t change it from random page like product page, about page.. Please help me how I can replace the mi car logo with my logo in all page’s header?

Hi! Im using this theme (Got it on Envato Elements) but it’s impossible to make simple changes like changing the logo. I’ve changed the logo from “header page” from “Theme Option” and “Appareance”, it’s seted my logo in all places but in the frontpag still appear the old one, its not a cache setting beacuse ive refresehd with ctr- + f5. I think its a bug, but its impossible to contact you.
