There is a small bug when i was checking your theme demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/ when i want to click “select options” button on a variable product in products category and select a color, the selected color doesn’t appear above and in mobile layout it is ok. For example it shows Color: Black in mobile and on desktop it shows Color: .

Doing some testing with the filters on the shop and if you set it to show IN STOCK products only and then select another filter it doesn’t necessarily mean that variation you searched for is available but just at-least one variation of the product is available.
For example if I set IN STOCK products only and then search for size MEDIUM a product would show as available even though MEDIUM is out of stock but because the SMALL is available it still shows on the filter page.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? Filters are WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence this.

The Widget to set ‘IN STOCK ONLY’ is called ‘WoodMart Stock Status’ so i’m guessing this is your widget and wouldn’t work on other themes so I can’t test this out like you said?
The STOCK STATUS feature doesn’t appear to check any other filters applied, only check if the overall product is IN STOCK or not irrelevant of other filters that have been selected.

Yes, it is how it works in our theme. It doesn’t take into account the variation itself. So if the product in stock and you select some particular variation that is out of stock, it will be still shown in the results. Sorry, but we can’t change this behaviour in our theme.

Do you mean to open the menu every time the user views any page on your website? Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme either.

Since upgrading to the latest versions of Woodmart (and the bundled Revolution slider) we can no longer edit the slides we have or create new ones.
When trying to edit a slider we have already built we recieve a 404 error because the link has ‘undefined’ in it!
When trying to create a new slide we get an ‘ajax error’!

Yes, you can use Gutenberg but you will not be able to create a website similar to our demo. Most of our theme elements are available for Elementor and WPBakery only.

When I swap to a default theme, such as Twenty Nineteen, there’s no issue—I’m able to use the calculator as intended:

https://cloud.skyver.ge/4gu2zqxAI think this is the issue that Simon had highlighted—the input box is part of the Woodmart Child theme, though it doesn’t seem to be linked to our calculator. Regrettably, our plugins are not guaranteed to work with themes that are from third-party developers.
What I’d recommend you do here is contact the developer who added the input box that’s visible in the Woodmart Child theme, as that person would better know what they did here.
If they’re unable to help, I would reach out to the developers of the Woodmart theme and ask them how to best make the input box visible on product pages for WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator. You can reach the Woodmart theme folks here:

The flooring is listed by the square foot, but sold by the full carton/box, A box has 21 sq.ft when we add our area sq.ft then calculator will generate auto cartons ready to add to cart

Try to switch to the parent theme also. It looks like you have customized this form in the child theme as well.

It looks like you have set your fitlers area as main shop page sidebar. You need to use default Shop page sidebar there. Not the one dedicated for filters area.

If it happens when the child theme is active then it is caused by some customization made in the child theme code. You need to fix or remove the custom code you have added to your child theme.

Hello, I bought woodmart theme some years ago but the domain where I used the activation code I no longer have it; Now that I am launching a new site I want to use this theme again but when I try to activate the code it tells me “You have activated your purchase code more than 3 times.” It tells me to go to the profile in Xtemos but in my account it does not appear anywhere where I can deactivate the code or change to the new domain.
