hi , i just purchased a premium license for wp bakery but i can not activate it i back to them they said this (The issue is because the product license page is disabled by the theme using vc_set_as_theme. You can get in touch with the theme developer and get rid of the above code from the theme to get it back. Once done, you can then activate the plugin license as per: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/getting-started/activation/ ) please help asap

I repet my concern, after installing your demo1, the contact forms are missing! and in wp admin looks like you need the pro paid version of “wpforms plugin” to make the plugin work as displayed! p.s. don’t look at my profile that does not show the theme is purchased.., it was purchased but using another account! please let us know how to solve the issue!

I’ve tried installing your theme setech now on two different hosting providers. Both installs say they require RB Essentials. I can install, but it won’t activate. It says, “Installed But Not Activated, Requires Update” when I try to update, it says it updates, but it doesn’t. It stays on 1.0.3 when it needs to be at 1.0.4 in order for the theme to function. Now these are two different hosting providers, so I know this is across the board. What is wrong with your update? Is there any way to get it aside from the update button which does not work? Does anybody still work there because I’m getting zero response from all my tech support posts.

The issues with this theme have been resolved. The problems for the most part were caused by the hosting provider. As an aside, if you can possibly help it, never, ever use goDaddy for hosting.

There are a few tricky things in this theme, but the RB-Themes tech support is pretty amazing. I think they go above and beyond. I wish I had more tech support experiences like this.
This theme does not work. I’ve tried every fix in the book including editing the PHP files and all that. I’ve never been able to import demo content and page templates. I’ve also seen comments on problems (critical errors) with the RB-Essentials plug-in on reddit and stack exchange. This is a risky purchase indeed. I would not recommend it.
