Greetings, I purchased and downloaded this theme however, the Demo import files do not work. I’ve contacted my hosting provider and they said they are unable to fix the issue and that I’d be referred to the developer of this theme. What can I do?

Я несколько раз Вам писала в Вашу тех.поддержку, которая очень плохо работает, а вернее вообще не работает. Писала также Вам на электронную почту (abdur.rohman2003@gmail.com). Но от Вас ответа так не получила. А теперь прошло уже несколько месяцев, а я все мучаюсь с Вашей темой. Тема Growth очень красивая, но Вы плохо относитесь к покупателям своей темы и не отвечаете на вопросы. Так нельзя относиться к своим покупателям! А меня к Вам есть несколько вопросов. Сейчас еще и Ваши плагины между собою начали конфликтовать! Я так и не дождусь от Вас помощи?

Purchased this theme for HOME 7 Version. However the design and color schemes dont even match?. How to make color customizations? Where is documendation for how to change colors and why there is no way to add a color only instead of an image from blog section?

Hello, I think is a problem with blog section – blog timeline- I can not find a way to access the page or to modify ( neither Elementor, or Block). How can I access it. Right now even if i choose “blog timeline” i got this in blog mode ( even blog mode i can not access) there is an error in eleemntor after safe mode “must call the_content function” how can i solve it?

I need to change the url for LinkedIn in social menu in file growth-core-functinos.php (line 201) to https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?url='.$crunchifyURL; The change worked, the file is correctly on the server, but the link behind LinkedIn in the social menu of the article is still the old one. Is it a bug? Normally the new url should work without any problems. I cleared cache everywhere (Wordpress and Browser), my srever provider confirmed that the server has no cache and said, the problem must be in the theme. What do you think?

When will you provide a theme update that is ready for Wordpress 5.5.1 and higher or can you guarantee that the current theme version, last updated on 16th June 2020, is also working with Wordpress 5.5.1 and higher?

А теперь я не знаю, что мне делать, потому что плагины эти у меня не скачиваются, а регистрация в вашей собственной системе поддержки на украинском или русском языке не поддерживается.
