Elementor editor does not work when Bolvo Features plugin is active. Please, how to fix it.
I just updated to the last version of theme and still same problem.
Latest version of Bolvo-features plugin is also required. You can delete the plugin and refetch it by going to appearance/install plugins to get the latest version. Or if you want a direct link, Please contact me with full details from here https://bolvo.com/support/.

I have several days with a single problem:
it will start from the beginning: in a section inexplicably in the mobile version a video does not play. You commented that it could not be solved, ok go ahead.
I have searched for new alternatives, and paste a new section of Elementor, but in the frontend, everything is distorted, I already cleaned cache, talk to my hosting etc, etc,
I have concluded that your theme does not support native sections, only your sections, which are very limited for editing.
I’m still in this only problem, despite the fact that I have written you 5 emails with the same problem, without response.

Native sections goes totally fine with my theme, and why wouldnt they, as the Elementor manages them.

Ok, figured out footer. Had to go the footer wp edit page, and set it show “entire site”.

Right? That was the only thing I found, but doesn’t seem to be working… Is there any troubleshooting documentation I could try out? I have the setting on but no mobile sticky .
Also need assistance with adjusting the top bar. Currently I am getting weird width size on call now shout out, and it’s not allow phone number to be one line, it’s smushed to 3 lines. Then looking at this on mobile, I think it might be nicer design to have the appt and call shout outs next to each other instead of on top of each other. Any way to adjust this?

Just purchased the theme – and can’t install the demo content. Seems like there’s an issue with your server where it’s being loaded from since bolvo.com and your support page (https://bolvo.com/support/) don’t work either (connection times out).
UPDATE: bolvo.com has gone back up – but the demos are still not being imported properly – gives a 500 error after a few minutes, and imports only a part of the content.

Thanks for purchasing the theme. This theme supports Woocommerce. I used hooks to inject headers/footers and CSS for making WC match the look of the theme. So the theme does not modify any of the Woocommerce default templates.

If you want to know if the Elementor is the main page builder for this theme, then Yes. But the theme components like header, footer etc, can be managed with Elementor as well as customiser.

Thanks for purchasing the theme. Please go to wp-admin/customize/Airtech content settings to change globally, you can also change it for particular page by editing that page in wp-admin and then by going to extreme bottom.
That didn’t work. In that section there is no placeholder for the image of the blue and white van. When I update the images, the site still looks the same.
I replied your ticket. The van on homepage can be edited by editing the homepage in Elementor easily.
