Question. After installing the main Theme, should the required plugins be installed before the Child Theme, or vice versa?

Usually you install the main theme, required plugins and then import the demo content and optionally install child theme.
Although, it would work the other way around as well – main theme, child theme required plugins and then demo import.
The only thing to remember is to import the demo after installing the main theme and required plugins.

Related to the summary, please make sure that all of your bold posts have excerpt defined – excerpt is displayed as the “summary” throughout the site. Please refer to the following article for the explanation on how to set post excerpt: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7341/
Related to the sidebar on individual post pages, please do the following:
1. go to Appearance > Customize > Blog and check the value of the Settings Page Slug field. This field holds the slug of the page which serves as a “template” for all individual posts. By default it is “single-post”
2. Go to Pages and edit the page with the slug from above.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page edit form and add Override Global Setting “Sidebar” with value “Left”
The sidebar should appear on your individual posts.

Hello, I am interested in buying the theme but I would like to make an inquiry. Is it possible to install the demo “http://medicare.bold-themes.com/general-hospital/” and then change the header to one of the style seen in this other demo “http: //medicare.bold- themes.com/optometrist/ ”? The idea would be to have the header above the slider and the search engine and social networks to the right of the navigation menu, but keep the rest of the home the same as in “general-hospital”.

Please note that this does not mean that you can have a slider with different slide video backgrounds – if you intend to use the slider in the header section, the section video background will be common for all slides

In general, taking payments is in the scope of WooCommerce plugin which is supported by the theme (or some other third party payment plugin for that matter) but it is not part of the theme.
Since WooCommerce is not within the scope of core Medicare functionality, we can not offer support for it in terms of integration with payment gateways etc.

We are not sure which demo are you currently using, but you should be able to find the footer content in one of the two following places:
1. Check Appearance > Widgets > Footer Widgets widget area.
2. Also Check Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer, Footer Page Slug field. This field, if not empty, holds the slug of the page with the footer content. Locate the page among static pages and edit it.

The blog archives display the content of the blog page prior above the actual post list. So you should edit the page which is set as your posts page in Settings > Reading.

Hello,
I’ve recently found that the Medicare plugin has been causing my memory usage to go through the roof and it leaves behind zombie processes after I try to deactivate it.
Would you have any recommendations on how to fix this? Should I try deleting the plugin and re-uploading?

Although you should always keep the theme and the Medicare plugin up to date, it is highly unlikely that any plugin causes zombie processes after deactivation.

whenever I activate the theme it triggers the memory usage error in Cpanel and i discussed with my hosting provider and we tried every possible solution but in the end, we came to the conclusion and identified that the theme is causing this error, can u please help me to fix this issue because we have tried almost everything on our hand.

We can not recreate the issue in our local development environment.
The only potentially memory intensive operation is loading of icon array into the memory. But this is done on web request in wp-admin and is not resident – it is not held in the memory after the request. In fact none of the plugin functionality uses any kind of memory persistence after the per request script execution.
Have you tried to upgrade the theme and the plugin to the latest version?

If you refer to the language of the wp-admin console, you can set your language by going to Settings > General and set it in the Site Language field.
If you refer to the language of the site content (after you have imported the demo), if you have Arabic content, it means that you have imported the demo in Arabic (rtl) language.
Please start from the fresh installation and make sure to choose the xml which does not have rtl in its name.
For example, choose clinic.WordPress.2021-03-26.xml and not clinicrtl.WordPress.2021-03-26.xml
xml files with rtl in the name are made for rtl languages such as Arabic.

The theme does not offer full featured booking functionality out of the box. All booking forms on our demo are Contact Form 7 based meaning that their content is redirected to admin email without availability checking etc…
On the other hand, if you find the third party plugin which suits your needs, you can easily use Medicare for the desired purpose.

I was able to get the CSS code to do so from these comments, however, I was wondering, if I could have content below menu ONLY on mobile? Hi Bold Themes, your solution did work, however the problem is when I use the Ipad in landscape mode, and scroll down, the sticky menu shows up but no logo shows up and no header widgets shows up. So this is the code I’m using: the first part, seems to have always been there (I’m not sure what it is), the 2nd part is to increase the logo size, and the third parts are to do with the sticky menu
