For the appointment form, did you already imported the demo-data.xml and ACF ?

yes i have uploaded the demo-data.xml thats how the demo website has got uploaded, but not aware about ACF… where is the ACF file.

kindly explain how to do it… there is one ACF file in our folder…is it the same… json file it is..

even after updating it…Contact Form is not working…i need to keep the formatting of the demo file of homepage… the Appointment Form…and also want it to work…which is not happening right now… kindly look into it website for the same is:

I tried to import the demo-data.xml in your website but it seems like something went wrong with your hosting, I waited at least 30 minutes and then get 404 response.

Perhaps you can try to change the PHP version in the cPanel to version 7.4 and the memory_limit set to 256MB.
If you still get the issue, you can try to contact your hosting provider.

You can ask your hosting provider to give you the log or you can try to use another hosting provider to test our theme. the issue its clearly not from the theme, I even tried to reinstall my website and imported the demo-data.xml and it works perfectly (only error about ACF, not 404 error).

I am using DigitalOcean VPS and it works perfectly. As far as know, 404 error its from hosting / server issue.

When I deactivate “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” and “WPBakery Page Builder” plugins nothing is displayed. A template suppose to work with default plugins, unless one need additional features. But it appears these plugins are required. Kindly respond ASAP as I have just two days to deliver my work.

I had try all versions. Now i have figure out issue. When i create new page and select wp bakery with backend and add doctor list element and when save than it give ne that error. When i create new page and select front-end editor. And add doctor list. Than its works fine.

Now php7.4 is installed. But please figure out that issue. Client will use this. When he will face that issue. Everytime they will get back to me, for the same issue.

Its seems like the issue is from WPBakery Visual Composer, don’t use any swipebox from the WPBakery plugin.

1. You can’t just added a field in ACF plugin and then show it in the frontend. You need to custom the frontend code (need php, css, html knowledge).
2. You need to edit the form in Contact Form plugin. Did you do it correctly ?

I am talking aboht Custom field plugin Where you already sdd some tables. Doctor information Event information Doctor schedule. Etc I have add new table in column in doctor table. Named doctor degree. Now its showing doctor degree field in doctor page. From where i can add doc image with detail. When i put doctor degreem that is not showing on front end.

Yes, if you modify the theme code and then you got an error, we can’t track it from our machine because the theme code in your site is already modified and in our local machine still original.

When you open Advance custom field plugin. You will see 7 groups. 2nd one is doctor education. I judt add 1 field. For education. Might be i will add or doctor website team will add more.
